I just finished watching the first season of True Detective and i think it's safe to say that it's the second best TV series i have seen in a decade, after Mr.Robot of course.

I concur that empire is becoming frigging annoying as the episodes comes but the season 1 was mwah, however, I can't say same for Power...I wasn't at all intrigued.

Power is just really shallow. The reason most guys are drawn to it is the sex scenes.

in that context,then I'd say empire is just as shallow cos pipo are just drawn to it for d music,i just continue with enpire cos of lucious..good character and actor....now that both empire nd power have 2 seasons now,d diff is clear..at least we didn't complain for power

Really breaking bad just looked so unreal to me and the main character acting was more of a comedy to me, I don't really like comedy.

I enjoyed every bit of GOT season 1, I even downloaded it and forced hubby to watch it, but after season 3 or so, I just felt I wasn't getting the story again, so many names (strange names) to memorize (lol), . I can't really say this was what turned me off, I guess I just turned myself off, smiles

well NYC episodes from both tvd and to..but to made a very big mistake,I thought d idea of being compelled was that you wudnt know what you're doing like hypnosis...only compulsion that d victims were aware if what was being done was from vampires,not humans..that detective was fully aware of what was going on...its so wrong,they shud a cue from tvd on compulsion,see those guys that were compelled to stay in that high school...
