If you wish to make payments, use a Payoneer USD card, if you wish to send to your Nigerian Dom account, you can use both Wise and Payoneer. However Wise takes it an extra step further, you can send a wire transfer to any Nigerian DOM account. That cash fantasy na bad dream abeg!
