MorataFC:when you say belittle e go be like say he's a very good coach to begin with. Maresca isn't tactiaclly smart, he's just barely average at best. To me it was even cos of the fact he rates flamengo high he decided to play this setup to tame them. But the thing is he overraters his tactical abilites. He's like the jackson for coaches |
omotola90:And that is where Maresca comes in......
|
Atleast the good thing anout this loss is we wont see Jackson for the rest of the competition. He won't even start next season cos he is still serving ban for his red from last szn. Hopefully na bye bye. The real problem is how to handle maresca cos that man sometimes behaves like he dey see ovulation |
timbros:Its not spirit. Hes just a spiteful person. Bro was probably pissed and frustrated Delap started ahead of him. Same way he went and collected redcard against newcastle for no reason. Jackson is a spiteful player who hates criticism and competition. |
drisham:With a coach like maresca i don't even know what to expect. A very big clown Pedro's goal was solely individual brillance. Flamengo wan kill us for this match and we were lucky in the first half. Maresca and this stupidity of showcasing tactical ineptitude at grandstages is the reason we might even struggle. We were lucky vs betis when he did similar nonsense in the first half. Obviously S.Americans are no jokers |
AirBere:Those southy guys only go to europe make money and enjoy life at the fullest. Once they're tired they go back to their S. American clubs to relax and tell tales. |
Players like Jackson wont even make the bench in any of these south american clubs |
Jackson Maresca is a clown. Lmaoooooo |
PSG collect for night Na Chelsea turn. European champions just dey collect left and right |
I love the new CWC. Because now we can see the quality of other continents especially the S.american clubs. Before today many had no idea who Botafogo were. But we can see how they humbled PSG to the point that people are pressing calculators and checking head2head to know their chances of making it out of their own group to start with. People don dey fear say these S. American clubs aren't as easy as they thought. Meanwhile all the SA. Clubs are still unbeaten while we have european giants like Porto and ATM about to crash out. Now imagine we had 6 european clubs in the competition instead of 12 while S. America's had 12 instead of 6. Imagine the dominance |
Segadem:Everything you wrote buttresses the point i've been talking about. South America has 12 countries and only 4 or 5 represents at every WC. Out of the 12, most of them can't even boast of half of the financial and material resources each of top european countries make in football. How many top football academies do we have in SA? Who watches SA leagues or tournaments, even their Copa america can't be compared to europe. Also the playing conditions favours europe. They will tell you that european countries has the most WC and european players dominate and more talented. But for almost every top 5 players for almost every position South Americans are always there. Europe has over 50 countries. FiIFTY. And their football is mostly dominated by immigrant players. They have the luxury of assembling african players, south american, etc to rep their countries or clubs. Southy dey on their own but even with all these limitations they still stand their grounds. Europe with her 50+ countries has just 12 WC to show for it S. America has over 9 WCs. If we ratio it SA is obviously clear |
Lana1:You have it twisted....We are talking about South America and Europe as a whole in general. The 2 continents partaking in the same tournament and competition. Be it the Confederations cup or World cup for the countries from both continents or now the new cwc tournament for clubs from both continents. This CWC is an inaugural one. A first of its kind and isn't totally not like previous ones so its not about those previous types where they start from semis and ride to glory This is like a worldcup standard tournament settings for clubs. |
Kimbeast:ofcos Europe also dominates, number of europeans countries in the Worldcup - Europe Number of european clubs in the new CWC - Europe Most watches leagues- Europe Most followed continent- Europe Richest and most wealthy- Europe. But base on pure talents and pedegree in international tournaments like the WC we can all see how South American countries step up to the occasion. If we're to ratio it all down SA is certainly most talented. Even this CWC can show it. For each european club there are several players from several continents including SA. SA clubs are 90% dominated by SA players. Do they share the amount of priviledges or resources of the European countries or clubs Not even the slightest but still compete at the highest level and if we were to ratio it down, they definitely top. South Americans clubs, countries and players are pure refined talents and dominantI never said they dominate european countries or clubs cos they certainly don't have the resources but in competitions and tournaments like this they ars dominant and obviously more talented |
Sportsweb:I mentioned Spain and England because they are the 2 countries that dominate European club football. Hence why i laid emphasis on the fact thay with all their vast football knowledge they can only boast of 1 WC. |
Bimmarlykay:Europe sef dey try, they also dominate and have great talents. But lets be real, SA is like the raw material of football. That continent na football hub |
Sportsweb:Does any of them have 5 worldcup trophies to show for it. South America, a continent of 12 countries has just 5 in the worldcup, europe has almost triple that amount in each worldcup Yet the countries with the most world cups can't be counted without 3 of those 5 traditional SA countries there. Country with the most WC is a South American one, no european team has more. The CWC already showing how distinctly competitive South american clubs are and how talented and dominant they are in this format. And majority of the players are south Americans unlike most european clubs thats mixed with all types of players from several continents. |
Kimbeast:Yea, because Messi, ronaldinho, kaka, neymar etc fell from pluto Ronaldo who's considered one the greatest no 9 by many is from SA, how many leftbacks are better than R.Carlos, then there's Ronaldinho one of the best no. 10 ever. Neymar one of the best wingers as well. Infact literally you can't mention top5 players for each position in football history without mentioning a south american, but somehow they don't dominte or have better talents Interesting |
AirBere:I thought this was a normal thing. We also see it with the worldcup. The south american countries dominate in competitions like this cos they have the better talents. Countries like england and spain with all the football knowledge and european dominance have just 1 WC while brazil alone has 5. Na normal thing SA clubs produce good players who european clubs end up buying. So ofcos they can compete with the best |
Sportsweb:PSG can't top the group except Botafoga loses to ATM
|
Jackson trying to remind people we are not title contenders |

Not even the slightest but still compete at the highest level and if we were to ratio it down, they definitely top. South Americans clubs, countries and players are pure refined talents and dominant
