Arnautovic is 32. He has 2 years in him. That is enough time to maximise Havertz utility as a striker and give him space to grow into the role knowing you have a backup that can deliver for 2 years. In that same two years, someone like Lukaku will be turning 30.

It's the same as when we advised back in 2013 to let Lukaku grow rather than chasing Eto and then Costa. We lost out on maximising Lukakus utility for the next decade rather than chasing already made products that are already on the wane.

Chelsea often put money in depreciating assets rather than utilising their own assets first as squad players that could grow and add financial value. I am talking not using Ake and Chalobah as Matic replacement instead of Bakayoko and Drinkwater, chasing Zappacosta when we have Moses and Azpi, with youngsters like James and Sterling coming through that could take over in the nearest future etc.

No one's interested in Lukaku. Haaland is the main target. And Havertz would definitely excel more having a beast like Haaland besides him. And the main aim here is trophies. Chelsea isn't really a development center club for players. Signing someone like Haaland means more chances of winning major trophies next season

Arnatovic is already old. Highly doubt he'd be able to keeo up with the intensity nd congest fixtures. Moreover the board is building for the future. Atleast need a striker that can give up to 5years to the club. Nd not signing an old man today nd start looking for a striker 2moro.

This isn't entirely true. Fans are always going to be biased about players. There must be a fan's favorite player nd most hated player too.
Many fans(including myself)hated Anelka with pure passion after he missed the Ucl penalty in 2008 but Terry who missed the main decider is still our favorite nd most loved captain even after some rubbish he occasionally did like getting himself sent off against Barca in 2012 which could've affected the team we still love him
