Do you know what? They say that "knowledge is power". But when it comes to the business world of today, the saying should be: Fresh knowledge is power. As for stale knowledge, it has no power at all. Indeed, the staleness of knowledge could be as unhealthy to your business life as the staleness of a room could make you sick. Many Nigerian business people seem not to prioritize knowledge/information in their business operations. I tell you, this is one of the most prevalent reasons for the failure of businesses today. Think of businesses that closed shops during the COVID lockdown simply because they lacked a strong online presence. Thus, it's really true that "my people perish for a lack of knowledge" (Hosea 4:6). So, do yourself a favor here: donate less than 5 minutes to yourself and learn what you need the most to succeed in any business these days. Yeah, it's how to sell ANYTHING fast (a.k.a, the easiest way to sell). That's because every business involves some kind of selling. First: How to sell anything fast is to understand the fundamentals of marketing psychology and to work according to it. To help you do this in 3 minutes, listen to this story: One day, a marketing manager called a meeting of his sales team. He spoke at length on why everyone in the team needed to be up and doing. He gave awards to the big performers and berated the poor ones. When he came to the poorest seller who sold only one item in 3 months, he asked with a sigh, "Jonas, what's the problem with you?" Everyone laughed, looking at how embarrassed Jonas stood before the manager. "Sir" said Jonas, "the problem is not with me but with the buyers. They all hate to spend their money. So, they hate me for coming to make them do what they hate". "Oh, excuses galore!" the manager exclaimed, throwing up his hands and drawing raucous laughter from the floor. "I guess all your colleagues met only those who loved to spend their lives savings in a day". You see, Jonas knew the problem very well. His only downside was that he lacked the solution to the problem or that he didn't care to find out. The major difficulty before anyone who must sell is that NOBODY LIKES TO SPEND MONEY. So, if you understand how to overcome this, there is nothing you cannot sell with ease once you have the CONNECTION to your market. Now, in the age of social media, it is very easy to CONNECT but equally difficult to CONVINCE because there are so many things competing for the attention of your target audience. So, without wasting your time, the easiest way to convince ANY market is to blend infotainment with edutainment in your marketing messages (ad copies, content and all). That means that your message must be: * Uniquely educative * Freshly informative * Entertaining The truth is that there are at least 1000s of people among the millions of social media users who are looking to get the value you offer in your product or service. But if they are not patronizing you enough, it is either you are getting your CONNECTION wrong or that your CONVICTION is lacking or both. * CONNECTION is about targeting * CONVICTION is about the quality of your content (which is essentially the power of its message). OK, I'll be ending this shortly lest I get you bored. Maybe, I'll write more next time. I was inspired to share this following my encounter with many clients recently on the issue of content creation and implementation. I hope you got something out of it. Meanwhile, I am a content developer/copywriter. I employ subliminal approaches in my projects. I use my background in market psychology to a great advantage here. I don't stop at just content creation. Instead, I also help my clients to implement the contents/copies I create to make them as successful as they can get. Hit me up on Whatsapp: 0705-3311-253. I might be of benefit to you. Cheers! |
owobokiri:Absolutely unbudgeted for. So, where is the money from? This is more than a pity my dear. I hope it's fake news. |
Southern leaders can never be wise. Kebbi gave 30m and Rivers gave almost 18 times as much as if all the problems in his state have been solved. Big head but empty. |
And why is no one talking about Barack's own outfit. It's winter. So, such outfits are expected. |
The heat has started. Nigeria will change for good only from the day Nigerians learn to vote in leaders based on their track records for patriotic service rather than based on "he/she is from our tribe/party/region". Anybody known to have taken an advantage of a past political position to enrich him/herself inordinately should not be voted again into a higher position. Otherwise, let Nigerians get ready to keep regretting their lives for decades to come. Unfortunately, most Nigerians don't think clearly. So, they are likely to continue to worship those who have stolen their destinies and oppress those fighting for them. They will continue to emphasize region, religion and party affiliations over the destiny of their children and children's children. Meanwhile... Why exactly do they want him as President? Is his performance as a governor extraordinary? Most Nigerian brains are made of wood. |
stolen crude. |
"Nigeria and those of other Muslim majority countries". Point of correction: Nigeria is NOT a Muslim majority country. |
A wake-up call to the Biden Admin. |
Good to know. We spend billions of Naira to cater to the needs of past Presidents after they have squandered the economy. Now, they can't even invest those billions to keep afloat unless they stole the treasury dirty or come back for a second missionary journey. It is clear that these people managed the country's economy as they manage the economy of their families. Nigerians, better listen to this: If you want a great future, you'd better elected people who are proven resource managers. Stop electing thieves and bigots. Stop playing politics with the future of your children. It is very foolish to be placing party, religion, and region over lasting values like the destiny of your own children. |
Now, let's all turn into detectives. But they need to increase the pay please. Plus, this is nemesis: most of these guys are ATP (people still presumed innocent before the law) but you kept them in detention for months or years. Nonsense! |
This guy that predicted that an NFF President wouldn't win re-election and IT DIDN'T HAPPEN AS HE SAID, yet you keep promoting him? What's wrong with Nigerians? Biden is the oldest President in the history of America. So, with the combined weight of age and work expected on him for 4 (or 8 ) years, ill-health is something anyone could have predicted. Let's stop promoting these charlatans giving God a bad name. |
With the second wave of COVID already looking worse than the first, how is this a prophesy? If Jesus was here in flesh and blood, he would have been walking on the street, healing Covid victims, not staying in a comfortable enclosure handing out doomsday prophesy. |
He almost said the truth. But I doubt if restructuring will end the Biafran agitation. No, not now that millions have paid the ultimate price for it while the fundamental causes of the war are getting reinforced by the day. And, do you guys even realize that what you call 'restructuring' had been in place in 1966 when the Nigerian Civil War reared its ugly head? So, how can it be of benefit now? For example, will it stop the herder tribe from overstepping their boundaries and killing people in their homes and farms? If we can think clearly, we can see with Igbos that the only thing that can save this place is a breakup with each people maintaining a full territorial integrity - fully independent armed forces, resource management, political sovereignty, etc. In such a situation, when anyone oversteps the boundary, it becomes a clear issue of international politics, no longer within the manipulations of the local political class. It's better to break an embattled marriage and stay in friendship than to keep it and stay in conflict. Mark my word: If we refuse to listen to the voice of reason to break up this contraption, OUR UNBORN GENERATIONS WILL USE US AS A CURSE WORD. Only selfish politicians who still have something personal to gain from Nigeria keep using such expressions as 'one Nigeria' and 'restructuring'. I have so much more to say on this but let me rest my case for now. Softboy001:You try oh! So, u sabi read 1 2 3. |
Welcum:You are making a lot of sense. I'm following your trend. |

We keep going back to the same thing. I've always said it: Nigeria is like a building with a faulty foundation. You can't restructure such a building. You can only pull it down and rebuild it.If you want a relatively easy way to make money daily from your house even if there is a lockdown, please, Click here |
I think that Shagari's pension alone should have made the family comfortable. This is exactly why Nigerian leaders embezzle public fund. |
Hmmm! What an elder sees, lying down, a child may not see, climbing a tree. |
If what you said is true, go and report him to your father-in-law. |
Biden must hear this. |
Cool. |
Eeyaa! Sorry. |
Scary. |
Why is Reno always offering money on air. Reno sounds hypocritic to me. |
Just call them people, not thugs. What makes them thugs? |
Nearing completion? It's either you or your photos are lying. |
And the leg no even reach ground oh! Na 2021 style. |
When was this person a Super Eagles GK? Or, was it Green Eagles? RIP to him. |
