Hmmm! Nigerians should better hear me out now because I could do something that will affect them all VERY SOON because of this. For at least six years since 2015 that Buhari became the President of Nigeria, we have all witnessed how his kinsmen have gone on a killing, raping, maiming, and vandalizing spree across the length and breadth of the country and are never brought to book by the Buhari Government. As bad as it is, that is not my main problem right now. Rather, this is my main problem: I've noticed that all the time that the Fulani herders have attacked innocent citizens, you don't ever see prominent Nigerians condemn the attacks as they are doing this only ONE attack on the herders by Sunday Igboho. For instance, Buhari has ordered that Igboho be arrested immediately and brutal force used on him. Also, even South-Western leaders like the Ooni of Ife and Femi Falana have cautioned Igboho in very strong terms against his moves. But they never came out so strongly against the killings attributed to the Fulani herders over the years. Again, Sule Lamido was recently lamenting about how the Fulani are persecuted because of Buhari's misgovernance. Notice how Lamido made Igboho's action look like a case of misplaced anger. Why is Lamido obviously losing sight of the cases of killings attributed to his kinsmen even there in Ibarapa? Like the case of an Ibarapa illustrious son who returned from an overseas trip and established a farm to employ many of his people and was murdered by these same Fulani herders? Does Lamido realize the extent of the damage the Fulani killers did by killing this one person alone? Think of all the money spent in training that one Ibarapa son overseas. Think of all the families he would have saved with the employments. Think of the hope his family reposted on him. All these hopes were wasted by a single knive cut by one dirty cattle rearer! But why is it that people like Buhari, Ooni of Ife, Falana, and Lamido never made mention of these? Is it as if only Fulani lives matter in this country? And everyone seems to agree with them: For instance, even here on Nairaland, in a thread talking about Lamido's comments, someone from Akwa Ibom instead spent paragraphs spewing his anger against Nnamdi Kanu who was not even mentioned in the post. Nnamdi surely has his fault as a human being (who doesn't?). But why, for God's sake, would a sane Nigerian obviously be more angry with Kanu who keeps advocating for the indigenous people of Nigeria against the Fulani herder encroachment than against the Fulani themselves!?! Is it as if the Fulani have hypnotized Nigerians!?! Now, Ibarapa may just be 0.0001% of the damages the Fulani killers have caused here. Every once in a while, there is a very heinous attack on Nigerians linked to the Fulani herders - including RAPING and KILLING a struggling PREGNANT farmer and her husband in Ebonyi State, massacring hundreds in Benue and Enugu, killing the daughter of a Yoruba leader and kidnapping an elder statesman farming to feed Nigerians, etc. The Fulani killers are also discouraging thousands of farmers from doing their business which has contributed at least 90% of the hunger ravaging Nigerians now. YET, BUHARI, OONI, LAMIDO, NAIRALANDERS, ETC NEVER SHOWED ANY CONCERN ABOUT THESE CASES WITH THE SAME INTENSITY AS THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT THIS ONE ATTACK ON FULANI. None of them sees anything wrong in the outdated practice of open grazing which is outlawed even in Benin Republic - thereby making Nigeria look like a Medieval-era country. None of them is talking about the fact that the Fulani herders are infringing on the sacred human rights of Nigerians in numerous ways under the supervision of a Nigerian President of Fulani extraction - including the human right lawyer Femi Falana. None of them is calling on Buhari to resign for being such an obvious colossal failure. I have been writing about this here on Nairaland but no one seems to care. But, mark this today: if care is not taken, I will soon be DOING something about it OFFLINE that will suddenly alter the course of the Nigerian history in a way nobody will like for centuries to come. I'm still holding myself back due to certain considerations. But those considerations are fast fizzling away. When 27-year-old Nzeogwu was complaining about gross nepotism, this is how he was looked down on. Now, we all know how his subsequent actions have changed the trajectory of our history. For the umpteenth time, I AM LOSING MY MIND ABOUT THESE THINGS. So, when I act, let nobody blame me. People like Lalasticlala and Mynd44 should please help me to tell Nigerians how I feel about these things. I KNOW WHAT I CAN DO. If I'm wrong, let someone tell me how wrong I am (although, this doesn't mean I'm wrong just because you said I am). Look, I see my mom in every old woman. So, since the day a Fulani herder was arrested in 2018 for rape-killing an old woman, I have felt an inexplicably bitter rage against them as if it was my own mom they did it to. And every day that have passed since then without the rapist-murderer being brought to book by our Fulani-run government, my anger has multiplied. Well, let me stop here (I am weeping). |

How many times have they arrested Fulani herders for bearing more sophisticated firearms? |
I was born, bred, and 'buttered' in Nigeria but I still find many things Nigerians do absolutely insane. I just read this thread reporting how 100 military women from an all-women battalion were deployed to combat terrorism on Abuja-Kaduna expressway. https://www.nairaland.com/6386403/army-deploys-100-female-soldiers My question now is: why have an all-women Military formation? Even worse, why make an all-women deployment for such an extremely dangerous mission? I think that this shows how the Nigerian Government is only paying a lip service to the high level of insucurity now bedeviling the country. Some times, it even seems to me that they purposely and officially cause soldiers to get killed. Where else does an army make an all-women deployment for any mission, talk less of such a dangerous type? However, if I'm wrong, could someone put me through? Thanks. |
Kanu's Achilles Heal is that he overspeaks. Just when you think he is following a gracious train of thought, fiam! He oversteps. Couldn't he have made his point and won support without divinizing IPOB and losing support? If your IPOB is the only people Fulani fears, why the herder killing in South-East? You stay in Europe and use social media to endanger millions of innocent lives in Igboland. Some Fulani will now want to prove you wrong and go after hapless farmers in some Enugu, Abia, or Ebonyi village. Then, you will lament the killings on the social media and that's all. Meanwhile, those who are bereaved will never get their loved ones back to life. Kanu, this is disguised wickedness. Tueh! Nigerians, I enjoin on you to learn how to put a permanent STOP to herder terrorism in Nigeria in this thread: https://www.nairaland.com/6380047/easier-than-imagined-way-overcome-herder-tribe |

If Jesus was on Earth now in flesh and blood, what do you think would have been his attitude to the Wuhan Virus? Would he have worn masks? Would he stop holding public preaching sessions in order to obey the law on social distancing? Would the Lord Jesus have taken the vaccine? |

Our politicians are very predictable. So, I'm predicting that the Federal Government will soon be using the EFCC against the rising pro-Oduduwa activist Sunday Adeyemo. They will question his source of wealth. I believe it's the reason one Presidential aide told his cock-and-bull story about how Igboho was used as a thug some time. That's what happens when the so-called leaders are only after their own interest: They use the instruments of state to silence dissent. Watch as the govt will say and do nothing about this. But if someone rises to protest it, they'll remember to go for the person. Nigerians don't have much of LEADERS. What we mostly have are DEALERS. And until we learn to elect leaders instead of dealers, we Nigerians will continue to regret our lives till eternity. I think that every Nigerian needs to read this thread below to help us identify leaders and avoid dealers during elections: https://www.nairaland.com/6384452/leadership-dealership-which-does-buhari |
So, we even have growth index with so much troubles within? I think it's good. It's not all bad after all. |

Caleb91:Mark this today: YOU WILL NEVER KNOW PEACE IN YOUR WRETCHED LIFE. A few days ago, it was happening at your doorsteps and even the Nnamdi Kanu that you love to hate was in solidarity with you. Now, you are here to advertise your dirty heart for all to see. I repeat, YOU WILL NEVER KNOW PEACE until you repent from your dirty life. The more you say "back to sender" or similar words, the more this will come true because it means that you are still refusing to change. As you saw these pictures of your fellow humans murdered but you still have the gut to say this trash, YOU WILL SOON BE THE ONE OTHER PEOPLE ARE TALKING ABOUT except you repent genuinely. You are a very wicked soul. |

The governors of the South-West who met in Ondo State capital, Akure, on Monday banned all forms of open grazing in the region.Source: http://saharareporters.com/2021/01/25/governors-ban-open-grazing-south-west-after-ondo-meeting

They are everywhere flexing muscles on civilians using the arms paid for from our common treasury. They are also destroying wealth that people built over years. Now, when people get angry and resort to self-help they will begin to sound sanctimonious.
|
Now, they are employing excessive force to kill young people whose parents suffered through years to raise. But no one is talking about how they are the ones provoking these youths.
|
Let the world be put on notice today that the Federal Government of Nigeria is provoking her own citizens to war. Everyone is reporting that the Eastern Security Network engaged some operatives of the Nigerian military in an open gun battle. But, now, know the real cause that nobody is reporting. Since the EndSARS protests that rocked the country late 2020, instead of police brutality to reduce in the South-Eastern Nigeria as the Federal Government seemed to promise with the disbandment of SARS, it actually multiplied. Apart from police brutality, there has also been incessant military brutality of unarmed civilians, without any known provocation. Many of these incidents are not reported in the media. But, to give you an idea of what has been happening, on 8th January 2021, Sahara Reporters carried the news of a young man driving a Lexus car in Orlu and was suddenly shot dead by the men of the Nigerian Police. As usual, the police personnel used tear gas and tried to keep people away so that they wouldn't be able to take photos and videos. Unfortunately for them, someone succeeded in getting the video. Here Is the report: http://saharareporters.com/2021/01/08/panic-policemen-shoot-motorist-dead-imo Since then, the youths of Orlu have been terribly angry because every attempt to get justice for the numerous cases of police and military brutality got swept under the carpet. So, naturally, some of them resorted to self-help. Let it be known that it is impossible to have peace where there is no justice. The Nigerian Government is stoking a very violent fire whose conflagration will soon be uncontrollable. SEE ALSO: Easier-Than-Imagined Way To Overcome The Herder Tribe In Nigeria (click).
