This seems awkward, what happens to people who would have posted for days, weeks or even months depending on the time frame of your selection process, will they all be paid? I may be wrong but this just seems like a cheap way of getting the info you need for your site or platform without paying for it. Why not employ people to do the job? you can easily know if they are good for the job after a day or two and change them if they are not. This your process does not look and seem right at all.

It depends on the niche and the length of the article i.e number of words. The amount of time you put into researching a topic also matters so put all these in consideration before making your decision.

These are the problems you will have when the pay is low and you do not give enough time for people to submit. People will always be in a rush to write an article so they can earn more and by doing this they will always make mistakes and be tempted to copy and paste just to meet the deadline.

Also with your offer you are most likely to attract people whose skills are not top notch creating another problem for you. You could probably consider your offer and stand the chance of getting quality.
