You spoke well peter, but we shouldnt lose out a point here: Think about this, the woman was hale and healthy, she went for surgery so she could look younger( in preparation for her up-coming 60th birthday?). She has the Money to spend on all of those when quite a number of people are languishing in poverty, never have enough to eat "three square meal a day" yet the first woman can squander money unneccessarily on "only God knows what". If she had not gone for that surgery she wouldnt have died such a shameful death. The Bible says that "PROSPERITY OF A FOOL DESTROYS THEM".

I'm definitely not writing this to disrepect MAMA but to each us a vital lesson, Apostle paul said: All things are worthy to me but not all things are gainful. All the same I love mama but God loves her more, and I join the rest of the world to pray to God that He grants Baba the Gratitude to bear the loss of His beloved wife.

Lawlessness of The Greatest Order!

My fellow Nigerians, sometimes it baffles me that Nigerian Police Force has woefully fail in their responsibility of Protecting innocent life and their Properties.

A certain area called Ajah, in Lekki-Epe Expressway is increasingly becoming one of the deadliest place to stay in Lagos. You could imagine in broad day light, Police that were suppose to protect lives and properties were the one leading Thugs, who armed themselves with Cutlassses and all sorts of dangerous weapon to forment trouble in Ajah at the expense of the residence.

Olumegbon the Chief perpetrator of that heinous crime should be check. Fellow Nigerians kindly find out about the story and help amplify it so the Presidency can do something about it. The entire people in Ajah lives in terror of not knowing what shall befall them at any moment.

"I'm having meeting with youth of this great Country Nigeria, people that has great future" -Pastor Chris Oyakhilome. The Man of God, Pastor Chris started the meeting yesterday by enjoining the youth present in singing Nigeria Anthem. It was great to be there and witness it life and direct. He charged us to collectively and individually look out for what we can do to move this country forward than expecting and crying out for what Nigeria has to offer us.

He said so many things which time will not permit me to share with you that were not there, but for you not to miss out completely- today 6pm present another opportuinity to be partakers of those great words that'll change our country for the better. Dear Heavenly Father, Thank you for the liberty we have in Christ. Help us not to judge one another in regard to the issue of drinking a little wine, but rather to be honest before You as to the issue in our own hearts in this regard. May we be a good witness before those in the world. When we make our choices in this life, may they be pleasing to You and show love to those around us. You told us the highest law is the law of love. We are first to love You, and then, to love one another. May we do this in word and deed. Keep us from temptation and sin and let our actions prove to the world that we are true Christians. Deliver those who are addicted to alcohol and who are in this snare of the devil. I ask this in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

Proverbs 20:1 (KJV):
Wine is a mocker, strong drink is raging: and whosoever is deceived thereby is not wise.

Wine is a mocker, strong drink a riotous brawler, and whoever errs or reels because of it is not wise.

The Bible has much to say about many subjects; and drinking alcoholic beverages is one of them. There is a debate in religious circles in regard to the question - was the wine in the Bible referring to grape juice or fermented grape juice, which is alcoholic in nature? To answer this question we must study the original language in which the Bible was written.

Actually, there are fifteen words from the Hebrew and Greek languages, which are translated "wine" in the Bible. When we compare these words in the context in which they are used we can better understanding their scriptural meanings.

The first scripture in which wine is mentioned is found in the book of Genesis. The Hebrew word used there is "yayin." It always means fermented wine, primarily from grapes.

Genesis 9:20-21:
20 And Noah began to be an husbandman, and he planted a vineyard:
21 And he drank of the wine, and was drunken; and he was uncovered within his tent.

Noah could not have become drunk by drinking grape juice, so we must assume he drank an alcoholic beverage made from the grapes of his vineyard.

The New Testament word translated wine is usually the Greek word "oinos." We also find in the New Testament the account of Jesus performing his first miracle which was turning water into wine. You can read the entire account of this miracle in John 2: 1-11.

9 When the ruler of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, and knew not whence it was: (but the servants which drew the water knewwink the governor of the feast called the bridegroom,
10 And saith unto him, Every man at the beginning doth set forth good wine; and when men have well drunk, then that which is worse: but thou hast kept the good wine until now.

Notice in verse 10 the comment that men usually served the good wine first and kept the wine that was not as good to be served lastly so that its quality was not noticed. This had to be a reference to fermented wine, as the alcoholic content of the wine would be more inclined to cause them not to notice bad wine later in the evening after they had a few drinks.

There are many other references to wine throughout the Bible showing that it is actually an alcoholic drink. Now with this scriptural evidence, comes the next question. Is it sinful to drink wine? The answer to this question is that the wine itself is not sinful, because sin is in the heart of man and does not exist in any object of itself. It is the drunkenness and intoxication that comes about when a man drinks too much that causes him sin. The Bible teaches discipline and moderation; even eating too much food is a sin and is called the sin of gluttony in the Bible.

The scripture in Proverbs 20:1 warns us what wine and strong drink can do to a man. Men can end up raging and brawling and doing things in a drunken stupor that are very unwise and that they will also regret. How many times have we heard the expression when someone talks unwisely after drinking too much -- "That was the alcohol talking." The Bible does make a distinction, as to the affect that strong drinks (alcoholic beverages like whiskey, vodka, etc.) have on a person, as opposed to wine, showing that the strong alcoholic drinks are far worse at causing men to become out of their heads and violent. The wine is bad enough, as it can cause men to loose their senses and mock others. People will also mock them for their out of control inebriation.

So what should our position be as Christians since we know the many sorrows that drunkenness causes? We know that alcoholism is responsible for many broken homes because of the abusive behavior toward family and others. We know the many deaths on our highways caused by drinking and driving. What about the many premature deaths caused by health problems stemming from alcoholism? Alcoholism has now become a costly drug addiction problem. Yes, drunkenness is a very evil sin that hurts the whole nation. The Bible says all drunkards who do not repent will not inherit the kingdom of God.

1 Corinthians 6:9-10:
9 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,
10 Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.

Although, a Christian may be free to drink moderately as long as they do not become drunk, is that the highest thing we should do? Paul stated in the New Testament that he would not allow his liberty to be a license to sin, nor would he do anything that would cause a brother to stumble.

Galatians 5:13: "For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another."

1 Corinthians 8:9: "But take heed lest by any means this liberty of yours become a stumblingblock to them that are weak."

In the Old Testament there was a group of people known as Nazarites that took a vow to separate themselves unto the Lord and therefore they would not drink any wine or alcoholic beverages.

Numbers 6:2-3: "And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When either man or woman shall separate themselves to vow a vow of a Nazarite, to separate themselves unto the LORD: He shall separate himself from wine and strong drink, and shall drink no vinegar of wine, or vinegar of strong drink, neither shall he drink any liquor of grapes, nor eat moist grapes, or dried."

We must all give an account of ourselves before our Lord. What would please Him? Would it not be pleasing to Him if we loved others enough to give up those things we could have, for a greater cause? Would it not be a more powerful witness to others in our age to stand out as one who did not drink alcoholic beverages because we had no need to do so. When we are filled with the Spirit of God, His spirit gives us the joy and release that many are seeking by drinking. May we instead desire to be filled with the Holy Spirit and have no need for "spirits."

Ephesians 5:18-20:
18 And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;
19 Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;
20 Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;

Funny enough, I dont and will not tell a lady I LOVE YOU not until i have succeeded in taking her to the altar. Becos this girl can be something else at times. You know we guys really av to know what we are doing otherwise we would have surrender our AUTHORITY to this chicks without knowing it just in the name of love/lust.

Me i no dey love oh and i no dey gree say am. i've got the tricks to make them run after me even without ever tell them i love you. My principle is I DONT SAY WHAT I DONT MEAN AND THAT IS BECAUSE I ALWAYS MEAN WHAT I SAY. gIRLSSSSSSSSS if i meet you and dare tell you I LOVE YOU..........uhm you will have God to thank for the rest of your life.....LOL

I presently do not know of any preacher  in this country that is as selfless and as sold out for the Gospel of Jesus Christ as Pastor Chris Oyakhilome. Right from his youth, his life has been that of total dedication to the gospel of our Lord Jesus christ ...the one whom he seeks to introduce always with a paasion. Chris Oyakhilome does not have any life of his own but for the gospel. It may suprise u...but the man does not own lands, houses and personal properties as many others do. He lives a very  simple life and as such, the Lord hath so highly annointed Him above his fellows. No wonder The Lord has entrusted so great a followership to him and confirms his message with mighty signs and wonders...because he trusts him. Therefore as many as rise against Him shall surely fall and b destroyed by the lord Himself. Christian or non-christian. Be wise and refrain your tongue from speaking  evil against the Lord's annointed.
Great Donnie, I enjoyed all of your comment to various issues that pertains christianity. May the Almighty God in His Infinite Mercy grant you the desires of your heart as you stand firm in the Truth........Rev Chris Oyakhilome is the Man. Let me quickly remind his Critics that in the last 3 to 4 years that he has come under severe criticism and persecution, he and the ministry has grown immensely. And God kept adding to the Church day by day, min by min.

Christ embassy sometimes ago approached Nigerian government for a license to set up a TV station here in Nigeria but he was turned down, he went to South Africa and United Kingdom to meet certain TV stations for Airtime but was turned down. What Happened today, He owns 2 different Satellite stations in Africa and Europe. One in South Africa, LOVEWORLD CHRISTIAN NETWORK, it covers, presently more than one quarter of world's population. The other one in UK, LOVEWORLD TV, a satellite too doing great expanding by the day into all of Russia, and Southern part of America. This kind of grace is very unusual. That is leaving the realm of applying for airtime to given airtime even free of charge. My advice to all of you who are engrossed in criticising Men of God, refrain from it so you can be partaker of their Grace. Am a partaker of Rev. Chris's Grace in that I was once looking for Job but now a recruiter of Labour controlling Millions. This confirms what the Bible says...quick work the Lord shall do and cut it short in Righteousness......

Brethren and Sisthren....ah ah ah.....the bible says worship the Lord your God and believe His propheth so shall you prosper....note it didnt say criticise God's propheth.. Listen is for your own good.

I can not be surprise when people make such a statement as this............. It is very true that Men who are suffering from lack of Knowledge of God's word will always make such statement such as this but it's really not anybody's faulth but you who harbour such an opinion. In a moment, I'll show it to you maybe your mentality will change in respect to miracle.

What is Miracle? When did first Miracle occur? Why do people need Miracle? Did Jesus Perform Miracle? If yes, why did He? Did Jesus' disciple perform Miracle?

Beloved, understanding the above question will help us appreciate MIRACULOUS. You and I know that, God meant well when He created the first Man and Woman. But things turned upside down when they disobeyed God. So many miracles was recorded in the old testament but the most touchy one is the one that occur when Mary conceded when she was yet a Virgin. What is Miracle? Miracle is defined as An event that appears inexplicable by the laws of nature and so is held to be supernatural in origin or an act of God: “Miracles are spontaneous, they cannot be summoned, but come of themselves”. Creation in itself is Miracle as nobody could explain how God bring into existence the things we now see. Needless to say, God empowered His prophets to perform an act that cannot be explained by human logical reasoning i.e Elijah, a man of like passion hold rain for Three and a half years...how was he able to do it.

Jesus Christ, the Son of God did perform miracle. Infact, miracles characterise His ministry here on earth and that formed the major reason why He was recognized and followed. The bible say how will they believe if they dont see. That take us back to when God was planning to send Moses to go bring HIS people( Israelites) from Egypt, HE had to perform sign or miracle to convince Moses of His Sovereignity and Ability. How can we know there is such a God who can save if there is no such an act that defiles natural course. Jesus had to perform miracle to proof to the whole world that HIS announced kingdom can actually restore all it talks about. Like an adage very popular in Yoruba land that "He that promise to buy you cloth must have been able to proof by what he's wearing that he is capable of doing so".

Jesus Disciple did perform miracle but not until Jesus left for Heaven. Bible recorded how about the Apostles of Jesus on receiving the Holy Ghost in Penticost 33 C.E went about preaching the Gospel and Healing those that were sick and setting Men free who were bond, cleansing them of all their infirmities. That same Jesus is still alive today and will continue to be alive. The message of Jesus Christ is yet to be told and that is the reason why Men of God must preach it. Whether or not anybody likes it Miracle cannot be seperated from Jesus because.....Jesus clearly say those that believes in me Greater works than these shall they do, Miracle happens when you preach it. We all need miracle and that explains why we pray for things to happen. You dont have to be annoyed when Men of God preach miracle........

My dear, dont pray to need a miracle.....because if you dont chhange your mentality concerning miracle now, he day you need one you will not get it.

May the Love of God continue to abiode in you. May the eyes of your understanding be open to see and know what is the hope of your calling nad also to help you see what has been freely given to you. Amen.

I have read and undersand every persons contribution but no person ever mention why it's been painful to feel pain while menstruating, why its painful to give birth, and why there's so much hardship generally.

To answer so many of Mankind's question in relation to the topic of discussion, i'll take your mind back to Garden of Eden where God instructed our first parent Adam and Eve not to touch a certain tree in the Garden, but disobeyed HIM and plunged the entire human race into Sin and Death.....of course many of you know the story( and incase you dont know it you can contact me for more talk....robhodun@yahoo.co.uk).

Now to the solution, Someone came and paid the price that delivered man from his bondage state of sin and Death. But many has refuse to recognize what that means safe taking advantage of it. Taking advantage of it will do a lot more than devicing various means of surviving this terrible state man founds himself.

Now back to the issue of Dysmenorrhea a.k.a Menstrual Pain or Cramps. The bible say WHATSOEVER IS BORN OF GOD HAS OVERCOME THE WORLD: thats the world of sickness, the world of poverty, the world of satanic oppression, the world of failure. My dear if you will do what i will tell you now you wont have to go through that pain again in your life. All you have to do is to first believe what am telling you now for the Bible say in Romans 10:9,10 " That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Confess in greek means "homolodia" that is saying the same thing with GOD. And what do you think God has to say concerning the deadly pain you feel every month..... Obviously, God as loving as HE is actually never wants you to experience any pain at all. Then, the decision to be free of that pain rest on you. You might be asking how........ I'll show it to you in a moment.

Say this Prayer after me.." Jehovah God I come to you today in The Name of Jesus who came and died for my sins. I believe that Jesus is The Son of God and He came and die for me not die again, He came and suffer for me not to suffer again, He came so i can be given life. I receive this life in totality into my spirit and therefore i declare that am born again. Am a child of God from today henceforth. Power of dakness cannot have any hold on me any longer. AMEN.

Having said that prayer know that you have the very life of God in you and that you have been born of God. Henceforth you can not experience pain again. Remember you mmust continually say it to yourself that you are a child of God so therefore must not experience pain in your body. Well friends, i really like us to understand what LOVE means in its true sense. Love is not what people takes it to be today. What people see as Love today is not Love but LUST. Now down to what love means... It means Sacrifice. Doing something for somebody out of compassion and without expecting something in returns.

Now lets address the What transpires between two people: Loving someone is knowing the person, and knowing someone is loving him; it's difficult for you to say you love somebody when you have not known him/her. If you found yourself saying you love someone when you have not known him/her, then you are actually lusting after him/her. People, feel attraction for each other base on so many factors..... But here is the point...Loving someone has little or nothing to do with money but Attraction does. If you are not perceived to be rich....you probably may not get attracted to somebody.
