Hello my people. Please I really need ur help. I am trying sort my docs for the online application but I don't know how to put them. Please I will list them. And I won't mind if some1 any1 can help me put them according to how it should be submitted I.E. Merged as 1 per section. Many thanks My own docs. Letter of sponsorship from my husband His intl passport page My acceptance letter My birth cert My hubby's birth cert My daughter's birth cert Her passport page My business reg certs* dere r 2 diff docs* My change of name*my passport still bears my maidian name* My intl passport page and other pages of visa *used n still valid* also the page of travel My dad's land deed* my company is at his house cos I co-own with my mum My SOP All my previous employment details My marriage cert. Pictures of some of cakes and dessert A newspaper publication I did sometime back My school docs My company's statement of acct My hubby's salary acct My hubby's personal acct Confirmation of payment recipt of tuition for conestoga. I don't know what docs I will also fill online.. Pls pls I really need this help urgently. I am trying to submit dis night Thank again |

standupguy: Cheif which program you apply?Lol am a woman.. I applied for Culinary managent, I got business foundation and culinary management because I applied abit late for culinary mangt. There isn't culinary mangt for jan so d admission officer offered to give me business foundation which runs from Jan to sept and then my culinay managt.*My true n main course * will start in sept I will reapply for my trv on monday night I was delayed in august * reason was purpose of visit* I didn't include a SOP . |

Documents submited the last time Hubby's SOA*His salary and personal savings* * he is my sponsor* I have printed up todate ones. His affidavit of sponsorship. My company's SOA *I coown a cake biz* with my mum.* I have printed uptodate pages. I also paid the school fees from this account All past work letters and confirmation letters. I am now a SAHM. Stopped work last year. Facing my biz nw. Work full time @ my cake and desserts biz as semi pastry chef and cake decorator/manger. My company papers. My daughter's birth c* she is an american* n copy of her PP Copy of hubby's pp His BC My dad's land docs * my company's office is at my parents house. My hubby work docs too. Den some publication I had done for thisday mag via my cake biz for my biz.. I did some writeups for a section sometime in 2011.. Added docs now Statement of purpose Receipt of school fees. And I have a valid US visa on my pp. Please is this okay to submit. Want to submit this night. Thanks good people |

famolino: As oga siga never reply u, mak I chip in somtin. Online route is okay and allows u to upload documents (4MG per section, u scan your original documents and upload). Paper route as people here have been saying is also fast now (u package in envelope and submit original documents tru mail). In all, applications varies. All the bestThanKs a lot. Well I guess mr siga doesn't wamt to reply me. But no biggie.. Its d 4mb part dats my issue . Ve scanned my docs will just ask my hubby to do d uploading part so I don't make any mistakes.thx @famolino. I guess I will try the online route this time n pray for the best.but pls do u know d accepted forms of files like is it only pdf dats accepted |

Pls which is truly the best option to go by. I used the paper route before. Now I am considering the online route. But am hearing the online routw won't allow upload of many documents.I am to resume Jan 2015. Which is truly the best. Then also don't knoww if I can trouble @siga to please give his email addy. I would like to send my SOP for some venting.. I will also know if really need to add anymore docs aside from the payment receipt and SOP.. Thanks for ur replies in advance. |

I finished a 3rd class in computer science. Don't even remember the GPA anylonger cos when I finished school I was done with computer science. I had worked as a sales n marketing person since I left school. I was given dat oppotunity den n I worked for more dan 6yrs.. I am also a self trained baker. Coown a bake shop.*i have never been at any cake training or anytin.. Anyways b4 I derail. My point is althou I had a 3rd class . I never gave up. I got a job, worked . Even nw as a SAHM I get jobs but cos I have nw focused my mind on becoming prfessionalytrained as pastry chef. I have nt allowed anytin get me down .. Look for what u can do with ur rare talent n work on it. Maybe the course u read in school isn't really wat u love.. Computer science wasn't it for me.. I know when I eventually get to canada n get properly trained. The universe will be unable to stop my star from shining for the world to see cos I know my strenghts and am going for it.. Don't let little things like GPAs from d past hunt u.. Think deep and pray to God.. U will surely know wat to do takia.. Hope I wasn't mumbling all thu thou. Takia 8 Likes |

hello all.. i have been seeing things like if you have a BSC already you should not do a diploma. i have a bsc computer science but i have never practiced it before and i was working in sales and marketing but i co own a cake biz and my courses are business foundation(1year certificate) and culinary management( 2year diploma).could this be the reason i was denied. i am currently in the process of writing my statement of purpose which i didnt include the 1st time but i read in this thread that it should have been included, but it came to me now maybe it may also be my courses.my end goal has always to be a chef so marketing was just a means to an end.if any1 thinks it could be the courses pls let me know. thanks oops i was delayed not refused  and the vo stated purpose of visit. |

amby7: Thanks Aloaye... 3 months is such a long time, have 3 admissions to UK (London and Leicester) and anoda 2 to Cyprus, and they only took three weeks or four at most. Read smewhere that i have to submit my visa application to canada three months before the start date of my intended program of study and thus the worry.. Thanks againWow 3months.. My admission to Conestoga took less dan 3weeks .. But they are diploma courses thou.. Btw is dere any1 here who has admission from conestoga n had applied for dere study permit |

akanni: pally, are you going for a second degree i.e a second bachelors or a diploma?I'm thinking if purpose of visit was the issue, it might be because of one of this two reasons and if yes, the SOP will make sense.You will have to convince them on why you are going for the program and not a masters and not in naija.Thanks I am writing a SOP dis time.. Its a diploma.. I plan to change careers and become a chef. I already coown a cake biz. Thx alot |

Beamn4real: Sorry bout d earlier denial... It will work out dz time by God's grace... If d SOP wz d reason for d denial, den u can add it dz time but make sure you've settled what caused d denial... I dnt think been admittd for 2 courses would cause any ruckus... Also having a valid US visa can serve as a strong home tie cause if I'm d VO, I wud simply understand dat since u didn't disappear in US, chances of disappering in canny is slim... All d best ma and expecting d good news of ur TRV...Thanks a lot I also thot so too. D VO denied on the bases of purpose of visit Which I dint get at 1st which is y I am thinking to add SOP . I dunno d reason yet for denial.. But I was really down in my spirits cos I waited for so long. 8 weeks b4 d. Email came.. N still its nt favourable.. But I will keep praying .. Hello people, I am new to this forum.. I would like to know if I have been refused. I applied for my study permit on the 23rd june 2014 via paper( I was advised by some people to do so) I wish I had done d online wayy but anyway. I was given a tracking no to track my application. I just checked the status now and it said my processed passport has been returned fron the accra center to the canadian visa center since 6th august .I did not get any messages saying I should pick up my docs or medicals or anytin..is this a refusal. Pls I would appriceate replies to shed some lite on dis |
