Please were you able to reset password cuz I have almost same issue. Someone also advised that I click on forget password and reset a new one but I also read someone here who couldn't login again.

Yes I was able to and it is back to normal now
Use your existing email and click on forgot password…then follow the next steps

Mine is Abuja too...when I called and asked them if I can request for surge date in Lagos today, the lady said since my initial application is in Abuja, I should not apply to Lagos.

Please can you put me through on the process to apply for surge dates?
Is there any fee to be paid?

Good day everyone
Please I have been having issues with my portal…I want to request for an emergency appointment but my portal doesn’t show me the options to either edit, schedule or cancel and appointment….I have called the centres severally and they keep saying it is okay on their end….please guys help me with this as school resumes January….I already picked a date in February but school resumes January
