Labour varies from 250-450 naira per sqm depending on the total area and where to be screeded

For interior screeding, we use POP cement, POP emulsion and topbond. though there are other screeding materials like PVA and sorts but domestically POP cement and emulsion used.
Cement is good For exterior screeding.

Labour and material together varies from 500-750.

I was charged #700k for plastering a 4 bedroom duplex (includes a theater, pantry laundry room, ante room, 4 bathroom with toilet, visitor's toilet, walking closet for the master bedroom, library, doors, windows, and burglary). Is the charge fair. Its for inside and outside.
