Nigeria is a failed society. The people are the problem. Ignorance is the master of enlightenment in this hell hole. Everything you have said, I have said in the previous decade when I was looking to help bring awareness to Nigeria. I have washed my hands off Nigeria matter. It can never be well in my lifetime. Indeed it is getting worse. They're saying average Nigerian IQ is 70. I used to attack them as racists. But maybe I can find solace in that claim to explain the utter cluelessness of the Nigerian people. They have turned me into minced meat here because they are the absolute majority and I am the endangered species. |

Left maybe 4 years ago now after I realised the money I was paying was only to get people who didn't buy anything crowding the so-called "feedback" with satanic comments. A random Nigerian will not focus on what they want to buy but trying to lecture a stranger how to be like every other person in a dying country. It is only when you leave this country that you will realise how much of a failed country it is. The people's mindset is the cause of this failure. People think the way for life to work is for them to get everything they need for as close to free as possible while charging as much as they can get away with for what they have. I have tried on nairaland here to draw attention to this matter of no proper online commerce space in Nigeria but no interest. I have recently formed a Facebook group Nigeria Trade by Barter so people can exchange what they have for what they need, since I can see the dread and hatred our people have to part with any money at all. Let's see how it goes. Economies only thrive when people are willing to pay for items at a fair price and also have goods and services to also sell. If everyone in America today produce everything and then nobody agrees to buy anything from anybody unless it us free, AMERICAN ECONOMY WILL ALSO COLLAPSE. it's not juju |
I have a dream that one day the Nigerian unthinking robot will end this disease of "last price" or no last price in online commerce. Nation with lots of activity, but no results; only failure. I can not put in words adequately enough how much i HATE this society |
Nigeria, a nation of big men rather than a nation of laws |
Samsung Galaxy phones and parts are available, from S5 to S21 Plus. I can not write everything. I'm fed up. Ask and I answer. If I kept my capital since 2018 in investment portfolios, without doing any work or business at all, I would be a multi-10s-millionaire today and be living comfortably. Riff raffs would not see me to be insulting online over 100k items. But nobody told me you can make money without actively working |
PrinceJoeWan:I dey use am now. I use 5 phones simultaneously. Use your 50k to enjoy Christmas

Is there a place where you mentioned yourself? That's what I'm interested in -- not my own, which I already know |
Meet ko meet nii. I'm glad Trump is putting this FAILED STATE in its place. I suppose you don't realise he summoned a meeting with select African leaders at the White House to discuss Africa issues. NIGERIA WAS NOT INVITED! I've always hated this empty barrel, loud mouthed nation -- a place where quality people are destroyed from the earliest stage possible and unwholesome people are promoted in the same measure until they rise to Presidents and Governors. The problem is with the society itself |
Hello. This question has pestered me for a while and now got to a head when I lost multiple millions in damaged merchandise that Nigerian people refused to buy at market rate. I want to know how much of everything you have is your merchandise for sale and how much is your car/motorcycle, home (rentage or owned) etc. I feel I'm shortchanging myself too much by depriving myself of life's comforts in order to survive only to have those things of value lost anyway. It has been a life changing recent occurence to me as what I lost would be closer to 10 million naira while I manage like a mad man, have no one but myself to live with and drive a Benz so badly beat up in body that it is now actually embarrassing to see. Nobody knows tomorrow. So, in summary lets say all your merchandise is 10 million, like what kind of house and car would you have? When I was a salary earner all my material possessions were all the money I had. We can say I am far richer now but since no regular income, I'm terrified of expense. Thanks |
Human beings are the beginning and end of all the problems in this world. Human mind is evil by nature |
Lol. Nation of ANIMALS. Even while I'm trapped in my house for my safety, some still bring problem come give me inside (landlord association; I no build house o, only rent). Let alone when I go outside. I simply wish I was never born. Otherwise, no way to escape all these animals that dominate the world and this country in particular |
Once again, please how much would the display of Macbook Pro Touchbar A1707 cost pls |
How much is used display of MacBook A1707 Touchbar 15" How much is the battery for Dell Latitude 5290 How much for the "performance base" (keyboard/battery part) of Microsoft Surface Book 1, Core i7 Who has any of these? |
Atasko:Yea oooo, I've learnt my millions of naira lesson. In my main biz I do buy things that do the job but not perfect in appearance and I thought I could transfer that to phones. Recall that when I bought them they were far more expensive and that's why I say depreciation in phone market is crazy. I do have the ones without issues too but some may be SIM locked. I have sold; I sold Google Pixel 3a XL two weeks ago, after almost 2 years on the market, without issues. I sold Oneplus 7T McLaren last year with cracks and screen burn. But in general, no I don't want to be in this business. Problem is I buy maybe 30 phones and they accumulate at my brother's place before sending them after maybe 8 ot 9 months or even longer. I don't get to learn the lessons fast enough to change course. Tablets and laptops even worse as I've only ever sold one single item 17k (2022 naira o) out of maybe 2 or more million. That is the total disaster. At least I've made 30% of my cost price from phones. Anyways, I appreciate; thanks |
Apologize:I bought this phone you're talking about for around 80 or 85 dollars in 2022. How much is that? I will NEVER do phone business in this Nigeria again. Up till today I still check the market in the US and a clean one is almost $100. I don't know what connection the people who sell these things to you ppl in Nigeria have. It is a catastrophe of a business to me. Devalues really fast, compared to cameras and lenses that are my main business |
Apologize:It's 95k last price. I said they sell it over 150k on Jiji. If you have Note 10 Plus for 150k, bring am make I buy because I have one too whose screen has gone blank. Was my personal media phone, working well. I'm now using S20 Plus 5g which is wifi only that una go want me to give out for next to nothing. This S9 Plus with ink spots is 95k last. In fact it is presently in use as my hotspot. S9 ordinary also dey o, with one ink spot too |
Apologize:I just realised I removed it from my adverts. At some point I went down even 85k. No be 150+ for the ones on Jiji? |
Floki737:Good for you. Nice response. The gist of my message if you understand that part is that, lets say out of 50 people like you, a number of them would have a screen they can't use before that "faulty" one ever would fail. Apart from accidents, faults still develop from nowhere. We don't know who out of those 50 would be. Phone ownership is an emotional and status decision -- not a logical one and that's why I'm divesting. Anyways, enjoy your device until the next fad comes, or… |
I have some parts for Oneplus 7T Pro McLaren 5G. No display pls. I believe MB (abi na "panel" una dey call am for Nigeria) is SIM locked. Location is Ibadan |
Floki737:Atink you plan to use it for 10 years and no other fad will sway your fancy to jump to another one. As I've said before, our people due far more due diligence in buying a phone that they'll grow tired of in 2 years than they do to pick a spouse that they'll be stuck with for a lifetime. See my black dots bought 2021 for sale. It's presently in use as a hotspot as I cycle all my phones that people want me to throw away because of petty blemishes reflected in reduced price. I'm pretty sure many have bought flashy phones since after this that have already developed screen problem or died anyhow. I've wasted millions on this useless business of phone (and tablet/laptop) selling because buyers here are really crazy on phone matter. Thank God it is not my main business
