It is now a dangerous endeavour to talk on the internet if you annoy some people with means and power, unless you yourself are a part of another force. Nigeria is a nation of men, not a nation of laws. That's why me ma, I will not be too specific in attacking individuals. In any case, why would I when I know from the top to bottom Nigerians are basically the same. It is the values which permeate a society that matters. Contrarians like us are usually whipped into line much earlier in their lives or pushed out to die as outcasts like me |
Skoonheid:Nigeria is the home of some of the lowest characters in the world. But damn you if you say that as I've been saying from experience since forever. Nigerian governments are bad because they are an example of the Nigerian society in general. They are even better people by the time they reach such great heights compared to ordinary people I'm TRAPPED here, so I'm in permanent hiding |
Tohmey:My brother, sellers full Port there with shop. Stress is inside Nigeria DNA |
It's incredible how terrible people abound in vast numbers and percentages in Nigeria. Since they never are able to compare themselves to other nations they think it's normal to be as terrible ad they are. I follow nairaland closely. Nairaland is the best place to assess how an average Nigerian is |
Tohmey:Functionality 100%, but I've learnt a hard lesson in Nigeria that phone is not for browsing or calls, but for effizy and levels, so any thing that's not fine there they start to act like it's no longer a phone, even with reduced prices. Everyone can present a shiny new phone for sale, but dem go buy? No. They want the one that looks like new, but for a price that does not even cover manufacturing cost. I deal in cameras and they're not as critical about whether "ee fine" as they do with phones, as ling as it does the job. Lesson learnt but millions invested already. For more pics and other items, go to my thread: https://www.nairaland.com/7255494/american-phones-tablets-sale-varying/5 |
Tohmey:Why do I have to be in Port? I sell cameras and I've sent lens to Owerri before and a phone to Enugu. So, wetin you dey talk? If you want, pay and pay for waybill and I send through the transporters that ply that side |

XploraBen:Danger everywhere you look in Nigeria. Potential criminals outnumber clean people (if there are at all) |
I often wonder how people far away from Lagos get by. Look at everything here; over 90% of the people are in Lagos. If myself were not outside Lagos I would think people outside Lagos aren't fully living. Indeed maybe that's what I thought because I was born and bred in Lagos before all these anyhow people went to crowd it. Lagos is not livable for me again It's so sad that Nigeria is so so backward that only Lagos has some technical and real economic activity. And itself is still tremendously backward compared to where it should be. I do buy things less than $1 from China because it's simply not available in Nigeria, Lagos or not |

This thread should not die. Please people, continue to document your experiences like a diary here. I want to go to that Ghana to see things. I need a breather from this failed state. Europe and US have their bars really high and I'm not a desperate "japa" boy. I want to be able to live and transact my business all around, wherever I choose. This Nigeria is after my life for sure now |
AmadorSays:Do you know Samsung Galaxy S5? If you've found a solution to your problem why not just implement it for yourself? Others are in their individual unique circumstances |
Black man is a lower human. The farther they get from Africa, the better humans they become, generally. Both physically and mentally |
STEWpid:You are the typical reason why Nigeria is nowhere to be found in the world. Failed state because of failed people. If you weren't sick in the head, you would not compare the effort the government is expending in the North with what's happening amongst your Biafra lunatics. How many Air Force strikes have happened in the East? God, I love many Igbo people and their generally more open minded attitude compared to these awful Yoruba that I've been with my whole life. But when it comes to political issues, the Igbo people are the main reason Nigeria broke its back and has not been able to recover after 50 years. Children born after then are still the same today with their terrible political beliefs. They are the worst. I could continue but none of you is worth my time. I've wasted way too many years of my life analysing Nigeria issues. |
The great imbecilic failed state. The confused parliamentarians have come up with another exercise in motion without movement. Hopefully it will help stave off the starvation in the land, and also stop the "japa" craze. Nigeria is a joke |
Another day another story of intrigues in the failed nation. Racists have been proved right by time: black man is still an *p* |
There's no such thing |
iamoyindamola:Have you ever heard of "last" before, abi you think say I dey hungry? Make sure you avoid my items. Thief! |
franchasofficia:This is a JOKE! How many people died in the incident? Go and check train crashes and number of fatalities in the last one year worldwide and compare to commercial airline fatalities in the last 5 years, and tell me which is higher. Im becoming more confident in airline flight sef. I thought such shaking of aircraft would make it fall out of the sky and kill everyone onboard. When will such a freak incident ever occur again? AIR TRANSPORT IS THE SAFEST MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION |
I also await a Nigerian president of Bini extraction. |
Another day, another incident in the jungle. And una still dey complain 'racism'. Oyibo know you more than you know yourselves. BLACK MAN IS STILL AN *P* |
The cheaper the apartment the more USELESS the people you're likely to find there. Conversely and very true: the more expensive the apartment and neighbourhood is, the more well-behaved the people you'll find there. Not necessarily because they're nice but because they fear what you might be capable of. I have EXPERIENCE and I'm suffering my own quietly here; not as bad as this one o |
Jungle of savages, called a country. Lol |
