When Buhari said governors re the reason for the high level of poverty in Nigeria, he is really right even tho I disagree with him on many things but as for this one he's correct. Am someone who ve been very close to the seat of government at State level for long, I will tell u how this wicked governors play their wicked games.
Now if the allocation for salary meant for both pensioners and workers let's say 2billion naira comes , a Governor will fix this huge amount of money for like 1, 2 or even 3 months or more in a bank. You can imagine the huge Interest the fixed money will generate. Now workers will complain that they didn't receive their salaries for those months the money was fixed. Now when the duration the money was fixed expires, he now pays those workers just for 1 month with the interest generated from the fixed money and now pockets the actual money all to himself leaving behind arrears of salaries.
U see bank mangers and governors dem wicked pass devil.
BUT AS FOR BUHARI, NIGRERIANS CAN'T JUST WAIT FOR HIM TO VACATE DAT SEAT COZ HE OOZES OF INCOMPETENCE AND FAILURE

It's a pity Enugu doesn't ve a very strong opposition. If not, PDP will surely loose that State coz ugwuanyi performed so poorly on that beautiful state which he took 20yrs back.
I Sha blame Sullivan chime for bringing him out as a successor.
As for Mba, word on the street is dat people don't like him mainly coz of ugwuanyi's failure. So if he is to get to lion building, my candid advice for him is to work more like Sullivan chime and give back to the people of dat State the glory days of Sullivan chime.
