Business / Affordable Packaging And Labelling Services Needed. by e4e5d4d5: 5:49pm On Jul 15, 2015
I am searching for information concerning packaging and labelling companies/services. I want to package a product in small bags ( about the size of a 25kg (half bag) of rice), the second product is a liquid which I want to package in 10 litre jerrycans. I also want to label the two products. Anyone with information on any company/individual providing these services and located in the south-east/south-south please reply.

Thanks.

Agriculture is the new money spinner in Nigeria, one of the fastest ways to become genuinely rich and tap into the diversification of the Nigerian economy.

Imagine a Nigeria where you can buy cattle in Zamfara and have them delivered to Lagos without the buyer or seller ever meeting in person and the cattle being exactly as described; a Nigeria where you buy and sell agricultural produce to anyone you meet online without fear of losing money or having the business go south.

The opportunities and scenarios are endless, you can stretch your mind as far as you want and we will stretch with you and ensuring your money is safe at all times.

At www.remitiescrow.com we will ensure that no matter the agribusiness you put your money in, you are safe at all times.

I'm interested in this and would like to discuss with you in-depth about it.

You can always reach us via phone, email and bbm to know more about how we can help you achieve your dreams.

Be a part of the new online agribusiness boom.

Agriculture / Agricultural Input Supplier. (please Read!!!) by e4e5d4d5: 11:03pm On Nov 25, 2014
I am currently a student in university but i have always had a passion for agriculture and I have decided to go into agriculture after graduation.I have been doing my research into various fields of agriculture, and I have to say that nairaland has been very helpful. While still in school I have decided to go into agriculture input supplies.I plan to supply quality agricultural input(mainly from the U.S) at affordable prices to farmers in Nigeria.I have a few questions I would like to ask nairaland farmers who maybe interested in purchasing supplies

1) As a Nigerian farmer what are the supplies which are difficult to obtain in Nigeria and would help agriculture in Nigeria greatly if available.

2) Also if you have ever been involved in trading of agricultural material where buying and selling wasn't done face to face what would you say is the most reliable means of funds transfer to ensure safe buying and selling.

Your opinions and comments would be greatly appreciated.

If you would be interested in getting any supplies please message me or leave a comment on the thread.Thanks.

church has no right to set standards for traditional so-called masquerades.

We will use all charms and related factors including sacrifice as custom demands.

If you do not want to participate in the true omenani then please do not. . . .but it is totally wrong to say that we have to reform our spiritual practices to a carnival showcase in order to suite those that are christians. .I don't see any one saying that catholic mass should be turned into a circus performance

Prof you are not a farmer and if you are then not on a large scale. our major problem here is manpower the unskilled labourers are over lazy after you might have thaugt them what to do the next thing they do is to start lookung for ways to spoil your business. after collecting few months salary from you they just go to set up what you are doing and also targeting your clients
If this Vietnam thing works out don't you know what we can make from it. transfer of ideals and technology

Maybe you have a different view on the agricultural sector, but my view on agriculture is that it should be used not only as a job for personal profit but as means to bring change and progress in the society, I understand that alot of young people are not willing to work today and alot of things don't function as they should in Nigeria. But ask yourself this question; Will it be better for me to persevere in the present conditions and try to use my resources to better my own society or will it be better if I allow my resources to be used to build foreign lands and then in the next 30-50 years my children and grandchildren will be hustling for visa at foreign embassies because these foreign lands are "more developed"

Why supporting the import of farm hands while you have Millions unemployed willing to be employed?

As Nigerians and Africans we must support our own people, how do you contribute to youth employment or educating the youth on Agriculture if your plan is to import workers from Asia. Sometimes you have to overlook the short term benefits and consider the long term benefits of your actions.

Go to Asia, Europe and America and see whether there is any place that recruits millions of Nigerians or Africans for any reason.

My respect to his royal majesty but i would put a basket on my face as i say he is very wrong. The true origin of the igbos lies in the sumerian city of ur near the site on ancient babylonia.the igbos establist the ubaid dynasty headed by the great igbo king meshanepada who built a ziggurat in honor of the great god nnanna(also called nanna in sumerian and sin in akkadian) who asked the igbos to migrate to other part of the world to spread civilization in the then young world. Igbos then invented the first alphabet called the cuneiform and left babylon under an igbo family called the Akadians who where the ancestors of modern arabs,Ethiopians and jews through a former sheperd of igbo orign called abraham.
The igbos then migrated to perisia which they civilized and gave her first royal dynasty and their god called Ahura mazda(i hi ura mu aza gi meaning he who answers me in my sleep)
From there they went to ancient egypt where they civilized and gave her first pyramids and also sent a delegation th civilized the barbarians in the north called the greeks.it should be noted that some of the greatest greek men where igbos eg aristotle(erie asi tolu uto), pythagoras(bia ta ara) achilles( aku ili) etc.
The igbos also enslaved the isrealites in both babylonia and Egypt and after they got tired of the city life they migrated to eastern nigeria while civilizing the Nubians, yorubas, fulanis etc on there way.it should be noted that oduduwa and bayegida were all igbos in oduduwa case yoruba legend holds that he is a fair man from the east. The igos are not desended from jews or egyptians rather thses people are all desended from the igbos and and unbiased historical evaluatiomin would prove that

STOP THIS BASTARDIZATION OF AFRICAN HISTORY AND CULTURE PLEASE.

IGBO PEOPLE ARE AFRICANS . .AS AN IGBO MAN I AM AN AFRICAN. ..I'M NOT CONNECTED IN ANYWAY TO JEWS , HEBREWS & ISRAEL.

I wonder who started spreading this ridiculous theory that igbo pple have origins in Israel, egypt or jewish/hebrew ancestry. . UTTER NONSENSE

Different igbo towns have different stories of origin, which can roughly be categorized into three 1) Those who believe their ancestors came from the sky or emerged from the earth (e.g Towns like umueri/aguleri and the Nri clan area) (2) Towns whose founders came from other pre-existing igbo commmunities (3) Towns whose founders came from other places which were none igbo (like Eik,ibibio, Bini, igala e.t.c) but eventually settled and founded igbo communities.

ANYBODY THAT DREAMS UP ANY OTHER STORY OF ORIGIN LIKE THIS JEWISH/HEBREW NONSENSE IS A COMPLETE MAD MAN.

Culture / Re: A Brief History Of Ikwerre.(port Harcourt) by e4e5d4d5: 2:44am On Sep 01, 2014
@Op . . . .according to some accounts the ikwerre pple have Bini origins and claim to speak a distinct language. . . And I don't doubt that but I want to know, why is it that the language and culture of present day ikwerre is similar to that of igbo. . .. . You don't have Obas but you have Ezes, the council of traditional rulers is known as Ogbako Ikwerre (and in igbo ogbako/nzuko means a gathering/council), some "ikwerre" names r just dilaectical adjustments of igbo names e.g weli (Nwaeli/Nwani), nmerukini (mmeregini) , ndahmerem (nnaemerem) , wopara (Nwaopara), chiburuoma (chidinma)

Even the name which you claimed to be the original name of the Ikwerres is actually of igbo root I.e iwhnurohna = ihru o ha = iru ora which in igbo means face/front of the people /community . Again I'm not doubting the ikwerre origin story I just want to know how ikwerre became so heavily influenced with Igbo if they are not of igbo descent.

Anyway , what ever the case is I believe a people should have the right to choose whatever identity they like , if the Ikwerre people want a sovereign non-igbo identity, then that's okay. But care should also be taken not to twist historical facts for sentimental reasons.

As a port harcourt resident I have to say :
Ikwerre meka!!!!
Rivers state meka!!!!!!
Eli ikwerre bu eli nwere ngwugwu!!!!!!!!!!
