Just like you noticed its often used interchangeably.
Registration is strictly registration like the name sounds. But when you 'register' a name you are performing a "buying" action.

Buying could also mean purchasing an already registered name from someone or company as the case may be.

So I think buying in the strict sense could be restricted to purchase of already registered names.

Their minds were endowed with accelerated knowledge and so capable to be completely responsible for what they did or not do. So eaddyboy, if evidently, Adam was subjected to an accelerated learning process or program, what is stopping God in conducting an accelerated seating or fast track judgement hearing, hmm?
