One reason I stopped going to church is that I noticed pastors often make it seem like God is only present in their particular congregation. It’s as if the whole world revolves around their church, and they imply that other churches aren’t serving God the right way.
Also there are about three churches around my family house, the pastors of the churches have had several scandals. The most prominent among them was involved in multiple sexual and fornication scandals. Overall you need to excersise everyday. Doesn't have to be a heavy one. A simple 30minutes walk everyday couple with eating fruits after meal will do a lot good to ones health as you age.

eating fruits before meals is actually better because the antioxidants and fibres act on the food coming on them and properly break them down.
