GAZZUZZ:

This must be a nissan grin

Alright this is how it goes.

Possible scenarios in this case
1. Mechanic set timing wrongly.

2. Engine computer picked it up and refuse to start.

3.timing skipped and damaged valves.

My advice, find a Nissan specialist, do a compression test on all cylinders, take off the timing chain cover, inspect timing properly (with a manual and not by eye) then scan engine computer for possible codes.

Good afternoon.
Please I need some help with my 2008 Nissan Sentra, Base Edition.
1. I had the car tracker taken out, and the check engine light comes up, Tracker technician claims it had nothing to do with him.
2. Drove the car for 2 days while waiting for someone to come scan it. on the second day I noticed there was a bit of a struggle to accelerate on 3 different occasions during the day. Got home parked only to try to start the car 2 hrs later but it wouldn't start.
3. Electrician scans and told me I have to replace crankshaft sensor and camshaft sensor. I replaced but car still would't start and he says it has to be the PCM.
4. I decided to get a second opinion, a different electrician scans an I get Error code P0075 (Intake valve control solenoid Bank 1). but he says this should not stop the car from starting. Also did some checks and said the PCM is communicating.
5. The mechanic is clueless at what to do next, it's been almost 2 weeks. I am in the process of trying to change my spark plugs ( since I haven't done so in 2 years) Hoping that might help.

Please I need you help

ibksolar: Hi everyone,
I guess before the attack on Nairaland, there was a thread with this topic but after the comeback, it seems the thread is one of those that could not be retrieved.

Despite the setback, we still have to help each other with good information as regards the opening.

I wrote the test on 21st June,2014 at the huawei office beside Oriental Hotels in Lekki.

Mr Seun Fasuyi (the HR guy) promised to get back to us after they've graded the test.

Has anyone received any message from them yet?

Please I would like to know if they screened people based on age, even though I applied with my true age which was more than that stated in the adverts...I still got an invite.

ibksolar: Hi guyz, sorry it took me a while to get back here.
The test format is Nordic difficult;
60 questions in an hour.
First mathematics: 20 questions Calculator allowed
I guess they have series of questions they pull from. But the questions aren't too difficult. Basic GMAT kind of thing.
The one I did has more of this two statements and a question: data sufficiency in GMat.
Then some fraction based questions
Then 20 questions English.
A passage with about 7 questions, then critical reasoning and..... Can't remember it all.
But the one I did didn't have synonyms and antonyms in it.
Then the last set is technical set of questions.
Computer related questions , types of antennas,
Parallel and series combination of capacitors and resistors particularly
The material that conduct the most of copper, iron, zinc....
That's all I can remember for now.
Wish all those writing all the best.
Plus I got my invite without knowing anyone though I found out later that i have some friends working there.
About transparency, I'm not so sure but I don't think they are so shady.
At least some big-men pikin sef come write the test.
All the best again!
j

Please did they check your birth certificate, I was invited but I'm above the required age

They are mainly competency based, but beware some assessors might ask one or two technical questions, if they are technical people, like one of mine, ppl from some other groups were not asked any technical quest.

The group discussion is not about the topic, but about your group dynamics, how well you can participate in a group

cmega123: Hi guys,
Surprisingly, those that have done their interview have disappeared into thin air. Please, if you have done your interview, it takes nothing from you to give others an overview of what you encountered there.
Regards.
MMD the great
I think they are mixing it up just a bit, mine was a bit different from what I heard d people b4 me did but it just had four parts.....group discussion, case study/presentation,another 2min presentation on any topic u get, one on one interview with d assessors. There are no fixed questions, what u are asked depends on ur assessros. The only things that are fixed are the group discussion and the case study
