It's as simple as calling for a referendum. If 198,000,000 Nigerians vote to abolish the senate, all 109 of them will have to join the labor market. An advantage is that it'll make the 774 in the house of assembly sit up.

The are our representatives and not the other way around. It's the same reason why constituents can vote to have a senator recalled for poor performance/representation, only in this case, we'll be recalling all 109 of them.

He has never talked about vetoing it, I know because I've seen his interviews (available on YouTube by the way).

I think he has a point. If he wants to abolish the senate and adopt Unicameral parliament, he must push for a referendum just like they did in Mauritania, but would these thieves in the red chamber allow that? That is the question Sowore needs to answer.

This is what he has been saying in his interviews. We already have one representative per local government area and that should be enough for us right now.
We have ex governors who see the senate as their retirement home. More than half of the year they are on paid vacation and the other half, they spend in the house praising themselves.

To put things in perspective, a hardworking civil servant who earns #50,000.00 a month has to work for 22 years and 6 months to earn what a Nigerian senator takes home in allowances in a MONTH (#13,500,000.00).

If this doesn't bother Nigerians, well we get the leaders we deserve.

I personally don't see the 'uncouthness' from him in the video. He asked for any official proof that it is wrong to live-stream within the airport and they couldn't produce any. They talked about calling their boss and the CSO but none of that happened.

If boko haram needs an elaborate video of the airport, they can get (in 4k quality sef) from the herdsmen who take their cattle to graze in the airport.

I don't see how fighting for one's right translates to making hasty decisions though, but to each his own.

I'm still trying to understand how being president can overwhelm someone who is better equipped for the office (in all aspects by the way) than Buhari, if Buhari himself thinks he can still run for a second term. Donald Trump, in charge of over 300 million people, still finds the time to go golfing so what will be overwhelming about running Nigeria if you have a good cabinet and each member handles their responsibilities as expected?
