The truth is, he touts his higher ed degrees where touting them counts for something. Nigerians showed in 2014/2015 that they were ready to vote for someone with a 'Nepa bill'. Buhari submitted a questionable waec certificate and still beat a 'Ph.D' holder.
If INEC has decided that a waec certificate will suffice for presidential candidates, I see nothing wrong in Sowore's submission of only his waec certificate.
All his other qualifications have been verified by an Ivy League school in the U.S.
