This is another avenue to siphon money on the pretense that they are paying for legal services.

The Nigerian constitutions provides that the President can appoint any head of Departmentl without recourse to the National Assembly. The act setting up the EFCC provides that the National Assembly must approve the person appointed by the President

We all know that what is in the constitution supersede what is in any other law. Their lawyers will not tell them, but will go to court, waste the time of the court and collect humongous legal fees after loosing the case that they know from the beginning that they will loose.

We Nigerians should wake up from our slumbers.

Check all the companies Jimoh Ibrahim was into, he had either deliberately liquidated them or run them aground.

There is no where in any part of the world where you can get into the country, buy and register a SIM and dispose of it when leaving.

What we have here in Nigeria is that, you can go to a bus stop , buy a SIM, register the SIM with fake information, commit crimes with the SIM and then dispose the SIM, since you know that you have given wrong information.

Its just that this directive will affect people who were using this means to earn income. Its a welcome directive as it will reduce the way SIMS are being used to commit crimes.

These operators are very selfish. They are only thinking about what they will be loosing from the deactivated SIMS.

NCC should not accept the requests. All sim cards not registered should be deactivated immediately.

This is just like when the Rivers State Gov accused GEJ of acting like a prefect in a school.

Has the NA changed the speaker? NO

So, why withdrawing the security details of the Speaker? and acting as if the the Speaker of the NA has been changed.

The house should have impeached the Speaker before now as PDP did not support its appointment in the first place. In fact he is occupying the position that a rep from the south west should occupy (where I come from).

The FGN should have allowed maturity in removing the Speaker instead of displaying this type of weakness in its administration (Rushing to do things or not acting at all)

Sine the PDP has majority membership in the house, the simple process is just to call all PDP members to a meeting and they agree to impeach him immediately the house reconvene or they can even reconvene the house citing emergency or something (the rules of the house allow it). I don't think the PDP members will not agree to impeach the speaker if told to do so.

Let everybody play these politics with decorum.
