Honestly, what the assurance that the NECO aint fake? FYI, I did mine with NECO (tattered,old certificate from 2001 )and there was no problem!! I just have a cheeky feeling it's you but If i am wrong, My bad- my apologies! His chances are so Thin, he would need an apology letter signed by Festus Keyamo on his behalf. If he tries to apply again, they might hang him!  seriously tell your friend (which is you  ) rather than pay 38,000naira again, he should just go collect a GCE form and get the grades! If you or (him) can forge a SSCE Ordinary level certificate then sky is the limit. |

Hello all, like they say on the USA version of this thread, let switch to celebration mode. I got my Tier 4 today  after 10 nerve racking days! lol. I must confess your posts helped ,but all thanks to GOD. Prayer is the KEY and after God it's MONEY, £$ I wish I had found this site 3 years ago but it's never too late! hehe For all those waiting for theirs, Best of LUCK |
