You're at the right stage — many people get stuck there, especially if they’re waiting for SMS or email invite.

✅ You don’t always get a “notice” to go for biometrics.
Once your application says “Pending” for more than 7–10 working days, you can **go to a biometrics center directly**.

📍 In Lagos, you can do biometrics at:
- SIB Ikeja (behind Lagos State Command)
- Onikan Police HQ (Obalende)
- Zone 2, Onikan (also reliable)

🚗 You **don’t need to take the car along** for biometrics.
Just go with:
- Valid ID
- Application number or printout
- Any original docs you submitted online

Once they capture you, your status will move from “Pending” to “Captured” and then “Approved” after review.

Take note if your car is factory fitted, U don't need any backing document or doctor's report to upload. The doctor's report is meant for non factory tinted cars. I did mine without any doctor report. Just select factory fitted and U are good to go as long as Ur car is factory fitted. Have helped about three people and it went through

Best for high-profile individuals, government workers, or sensitive profession.

Upload Needed: Official letter of endorsement or work ID, e.g., from DSS, company, law firm, etc.

Not advisable if you don’t have such backing — e fit delay you.

Upload Needed:

the Ikeja biometrics dey for that main police command complex near Gospel Water side, by Amodu Ojikutu Road in Ikeja. If you ever dey Opebi or Allen, just follow the road down toward the police station — na there they dey do capturing for Ikeja folks.

Some people even dey park for Ikeja Shopping Mall direction and waka inside the compound. Just make sure you go by midday to avoid long queue.
