mencade5: if you win the state 1st position of N200,000. It qualifies you for the National competition where you may win N1,000,000 ,N750,000 or N500,000 for 1st, 2nd and 3rd position respectively. If you win, you have the right to decide if you want to embark on the business or if u dont. They wont compel u. The thing is after winning the national prize, CBN will assign a bank to you offer to grant u loan to carry the business if you want them to. My people, what are waiting for?!

davidiee: but in uniport someone left anatomy and went to write jamb and when he got admission into medicine, the admission office refused to clear him because his name was already on the system. They told him to cancel his previous admission before they can clear him. I don't know if it works in UI

exactly what we trying to clear...do u need to carry out some procedures...in ilorin once a student doesn't register he losses dat admission, then since he starts registration with jamb no pending when matric would be conducted he has no problem with registration as matric comes long after reg...during matric he walks up to da registrar or admission office tenders his old matric and show his registration details-dts jamb registration no as a new student and his details is transfered to his old matric no...since school records would be showing dat he has forfeited his old admission by not registring

Can someone who knows how such kinda situation is being handled in ui answer pls?

davidiee: Since you can't matriculate twice in ui can't someone write jamb during year one and when he gets admission into the desired course withdraw from the former department (I mean writing an application for withdrawal from the previous department).

i only know dat in ilorin ur department would be changed but u retain ur old matric number

Abeg its becoming more obvious that some of us have to retake jamb...now am not a pessimist but a realist...so who would be starting a thread for us...am still gonna apply here next year...and by God's special grace nothing is stopping Mi...

Early dis morning i did put up a post about admissions...some1 was hysterical, other were so anxious...and yet some1 said i love giving suspense...am so happy da cut off came out today...i also gave da news about da iv...am happy for all those who met up da cut off-congrates...for those of us below...it doesn't mean we are failures...better days lies ahead...congrates to all no.more hypertension we now know our fates...am not taking any other course safe medicine...i love u all...
