I think China can offer better prices with the same quality.
I am not sure 15% includes the cost of poles for the nethouse. It is better and cheaper to import even galvanised poles. This will be crazily expensive too. Here is a very rough guess:
Dimension: 100m × 100m
Lets say you have 5m btw poles
You will have 21 rows and 21 poles in each row. Total = 441 poles.
Galvanised pipes are in 18fts which is approx. 5.4m. If you divide one into two, by the time you bury 1 ft, you will have around 2.5m height. So, you will need 221 full length poles. Can 1 inch pipe diameter be situation for this job? Maybe 1.5 inches or 2 inches. Get the cost of each amd multiply by 221. Lets say the one you choose per unit is N2,500, you are spending N552,500.
Then add installation prices: cost of cutting the poles, cost of cement to make the poles fit inside the soil firmly, cost of adding flat tops to the poles, perhaps you need to weld some parts too etc. Finally, the cost of logistics (transportation) and labor should be added.
Now look at this price and see what it is if you are doing 20 hectares.

Note, the quantity of net for the sides ( perimeter) will be lesser. You can not just translate my projections above and multiply by 20. It will be lesser. However, multiplying by the number of hectares is a very rough good guess.

PG hostel is better compared to living off campus expect if you are the introvert type. The light outside school is nothing to write home about, but school uses solar and also generator for the halls. Tho there are restriction in the hostel but those restriction is just little and u can always have your way once u are use to the system. I also wanted to get accommodation outside school but staying in the PG hall for my refresher course during January made me have a re-think about it and now want the hostel. Those restriction are ;
1. During week days visitors are only allowed in the hostel from 2pm to 10pm and during weekends its from 10am to 10pm . The hall door closes by 12am everyday
2. Gas cooker, television, refrigerator, are not allowed in the hall. But you can bring in stove or electric cooker.
3. Visitors don't sleep over.

There is a common room in all the halls with generators and already subscribed DSTV. The rooms varies through room of two (35k per session but its limited) and also room of three (25k per session ).

The only problem here is that there are limited spaces because some PG student don't even want to leave the hall but even if the porters eventually have there ways in sending them out, the space will still be limited . So everybody can't get the hostel.

For houses outside school, some are nice but expensive ranges from 90k t0 160k depending on the area, while some are not just good at all but still expensive just because its student area. Let me just say seeing better house outside school, not expensive and also not far from school is just luck. So when booking for houses outside school let your budget start from 90k upward you might not spend up to that tho.

I hope have been able to do justice to some questions here.

try and make it there anytime before 2 on the said date....but if u can't...guy abi na babe....I did mine like 7days after my scheduled date....though I was there on the scheduled date....I had some issues

Find your way down to waec office with a photocopy of your waec statement of result,in order to help you get a confirmation letter which will be sent to the pg school,I hope this helps

I think you should go to screen first....cos confirmation letter would take some time cos it seems its not a private candidate result (GCE)...and as such u would have to write waec thru ya sec sch....

at screen venue u may just need to buy waec scratch card for dem to verify and come to thinking of it....I thinik most of these schools have access to all waec results
