Lizabeth25: Issues before marriage!
It is well though cus I believe in most couples, when they will settle their matter now, nobody will be there!
As for the friend @OP, it best you mid your business. Because at the end, people will blame you if they end marrying and they still break up!
A single person is better than a divorcee" what do you mean mind your business? So you want the OP to tell his friend if he asks for advise to reply ''bro, Lizabeth25 for nairaland say make i mind my business, because e no be my matter'' huh? |

Romance › Re: A Lady Going Out On A Date With Another Guy Few Days To Her Wedding by Eberex(m): 11:46am On Aug 17, 2015 |
Firstly she said the wedding was for a friend not hers. Maybe she doesn't want him to charge her much or something else we don't know. Secondly, she does not talk freely when ever the DJ calls. why? Is it not suppose to be a business call? and one that concerns both she and her husband to-be? Leaving chat history can be seen as careless action from the lady. If she had thought it thoroughly she would have cleared it. Now here is what i can deduce from all these: This lady will be the type who will not respect you when you finally marries her. When you tell her, do this, she will reply:'' do what?'' She is an adventurous type who likes taking things for granted as long as it is considered fun. I don't know how long they might have courted, but in my observation, i don't think its enough to say he knows who he is getting married to.
For her to have the guts to accept a date from a DJ is enough to pass the message: ''she is not disciplined''.
If he goes on with the wedding, let him know at the back of his mind that he is getting married to a lady who still possess 1000 inner characters he is yet to see. |
Nairaland General › Please Think Safety First When Kids Are Around. by Eberex(op): 11:22am On Aug 17, 2015 |
Many of us are guilty of this. We leave our chargers in the wall sockets after removing our phones. For those who are adults and live also with fellow adults, no problem. But when you have little kids who sees everything as toys, one has to think twice.
In summary: Never leave anything in the socket if u know your kid can reach it!
Pass the message round.

From what I can deduce: OP didn't bring up the relationship talk during all those times. You guys didn't make any commitment. Just friendship while you are hoping she will love you for showing care and helping her. First mistake: u didn't ask her to be your gal. Maybe she would have said yes, because she won't have any choice since you are willing to help. In anycase, you are a HELPER. God sent you to help the poor girl. Don't hate her. You cannot maRry someone you don't love anyway. At the end, your friendship with her might be a blessing in disguise. Accept her wish but remain good friends. Be happy that you put a smile on someone's face. |

dmcdad: And how many Nigerian men do wear "Agbada" in this present age? You will see that the number is infinitesimally small. Not agbada per say, but occasional wears. Native wear and the rest. Whether they are infinitesimally small, atleast agree that it looks better on them while suits look better on guys with flat tummy. |

But seriously, lmagine Tonto Dike, Genieve or Rita Dominic with pot bellies. Ta! Unless its pregnancy, if not, no matter how fine or pretty a lady is, if I sight any fold mountains on her abdomen region, I get disgusted. Worse is seeing these ladies with pot bellies wearing tight blouse and tucked into a jean. Yurk!!! |
