For me its 1. when i'm in a cab and my bus stop is close-by. And worse is, there are no places where one can run to for shelter. 2. When i close from work, and i know its definitely going to cause a huge traffic. 3. When i'm expecting a date after making all the arrangements in my room. 4. When i am the chief performer of an event that was suppose to take place in an open field. 5. When i have an interview. The list is endless. What's yours ![]()

This is an example of the slogan ''NIGERIAN POLICE ARE WORKING''.....rubbish. These fellas are scape-goats for all i care. That kind of operation can only be done by professionals who would go into hiding even if its one year. They wouldn't even dare buy exotic things so as not to arouse any suspicious dealing. Check out the dude story: He got 2 million and the first thing he thought of was to get an Suv and then gave his wife 30,000. WTF! for someone who was into wood logging and said business was bad? What happened to investing the money silently? For crying out loud our detectives are too gullible, or should i say i would call Nigerians gullible if they believe this crap. 30 minutes of planning indeed. Where is my earpiece jare make i listen to Evanescence |
donholy28:then you must be somewhere outside africa. Count yourself lucky anyway ![]() |
I represent UNN. Too bad the library wasn't completed while i was there. |

CountDracula:Did you say ''red bra and panties''? |
I had my University education in Nsukka where i discovered there is an insect you are not allowed to kill if they perch on your skin. These insects are known as PAPA there. I guess people have different names for it. Some call them ''Skirt and Blouse''.........funny when i heard that one. The fly is a small beetle that does not bite or sting, but based on its nickname acid bug, guess what it does? The insides of the bug are toxic, and if you smack it against your skin the juices cause a burning rash. I believe they come by season and during these time, no one dares to sleep facing up. We sleep with blanket covering all parts of our body, because back there in the hostels, all kinds of illumination attracted these insects, be it halogen or florescent lamps. They are always seen at the ceilings waiting to fall on a victim, whether sleeping or not. We had cases of people having dark line patches on their faces, bodies etc especially one certain pretty girl back then. She was fair in complexion and probably didn't know much about PAPA. she killed the insect on her face by slapping it, and unfortunately for her the liquid left a straight black line like that of a charcoal on her face. hmmm.......you can imagine the look. Skirt and Blouse ..............lol, i never knew it has different funny names. What do you call this insect in your place?

Thoughts always comes first before action. Because events are formed by the thoughts we have, and gradually these events become real because there is a law of nature governing such. |

Mine happened at oshodi few years back. I had my phone in my front jeans pocket, with an earpiece attached while the music was blasting in my ears. There was a crowd at the bus stop, and when a bus came, everyone scrambled for a seat, fortunately for me I oCcupied the last seat{you know that seat at the second row close to the door}. When I sat down I immediately observed no music sound in my ears. Alas! I checked for my phone only to see my earpiece cord dangling. Immediately I alighted to check if it fell and then called the number with my other phone hoping it would ring and also hoping the thief was in the same bus, but It was switched off. In a space of less than a minute! Kai ! |
MzMayD:I'll break in two if she does |
