Many people haven't heard of the word 'Hydropus' which was the synonym of corruption, according to how Professor Whole Soyinka defined it.

He said that GEJ was the one championing the course of corruption (hydropus). To my utter surprise, GEJ began to ban people who mentions 'hydropus' on social media. Is that freedom of speech?
