The stomach tightening is called braxton hicks. It's your body's way of preparing for real contractions. I started having mine from 34weeks or so. Others have it earlier like you. If yours is too frequent and too close, you may need to time it and see in how many minutes interval it occurs . You may need to report to your clinic if it occurs in every 30minutes interval or so and gets slightly more painful.

Thanks mama. I had a very stressful day on Tuesday and twas coming as frequent as every 20-25 minutes, I timed. But it has since become less frequent like 2ice to thrice a day now.

I don't think air pockets are formed that way, d urinating can cause splashes which won't be high enough to land in d vagina if standing, you know d microorganisms need a suitable media to grow which d vagina provides. But poo can cause a strong enough splash to touch d privates. Eewww I would advise even if you put tissue don't seat coz d tissue sinks and splash can still occur.
