NB. Pls I want to call our attention to a 'doc' giving advise on the obgyn thread, its so sad that a jamb student is posing as a gynae and dishing out advices at will(without prior warning that he isn't a professional). Pls let us be careful with the advices we pick and dump.

This Lucky-G of a person deserves to be banned. How can a Jamb student pretend to be a gynaecologist,prescribe medications,stop people from using their prescribed medications and still insult their gynaes on top of everything.

Please let everybody be very careful the advise we dump and the ones we pick. Pls confirm from your gynaes (or ask for other opinion)on any advice that is given to you here first before going ahead.

Breakfast- Vegetable rice and fish.
Lunch - nil

ebony13: ohk so i know am supposed to start too but i just keep putting it off, to exercise is a problem then to eliminate rice, a bigger problem, to reduce the size of my food biggest problem. I have been telling myself for 3 years now that i would start tomorrow.

so this is my stats;
Weight- 90kg
Ideal weight for my height is 67-70 so i have about 20 sumfin to lose.
My BMI is higher than 30(so obese) for funny enough i d'nt look it.
My doctor specifically told me to cut down on some pounds to get my body back into its regular cycle.
So pls pls and pls i know everybody is trying but i need a big PUSH!
If i cheat on Nefer's diet style, I would post it here for you all to slander me

Ohk ladies I wanna be part of the forum. This was a post I made her over a year ago and from that time till now,I havnt lost a single kg but added a whooping 10kg.
Anytime/Everytime I climb a scale,I have added something. I am going to start portion control and go back on my metformin.
Would be logging in everyday for scolding/encouragement.
