@ mrsfrank. This story is strange o, starting clomid CD5 and hcg shot CD9? Are you sure you heard him well? Is he a gynaecologist? Hmmmm please confirm from him again and if he insists, ask another gynaecologist for confirmation.
I've heard/read of hcg shot after ovulation but never heard of hcg shot before egg maturation.
Is it possible he said injectables and you confused it for hcg shot?
Abeg nor vex for the plenty questions o. Trying to understand.
Follicle tracking should start on CD 12 since you have a regular cycle but normally its about 3-5 days after tthe last clomid pill. Hcg shot is then taken when your follicle has attained maturity. My gynae likes to see it at 18mm before giving the shot.

@ Kudibaby. It depends on the length of your cycle. For a normal 28 days cycle,Tvs is done on CD 12-13.

@ adamudacowboy. It is well. Affliction shall not rise again. Have you previously checked her progesterone level? Most early miscarriages are caused by low progesterone. Does she have fibroid? Do a scan if you havnt to confirm.

@ Ginababy. Your hubby's result is borderline. WHO recommends @ least 20million and 50% motility and your hubby's parameters are just at that point.
The morphology is very ohk.
He just needs to improve in taking healthy diets like adding vegetables to his meal, take a lot of watermelon,cucumber and banana. Eat nuts too,walnut and hausa groundnut.
Avoid tight pants and putting of laptop on his laps. You didn't say if any infection was found.

If you want to get drugs, vitamins are ohk.

Hello Udoomama. Sorry your questions went unanswered. For pcos, you are already on track with vitex and maca if you want to go the herbal way. But you should know that the result isn't instantaneous. Give it @ least 3 months. You can also add soy isoflavones which acts like clomid. Fertilaid personally works for me so you can also try it. Either Fertilaid or fertility blend.

But if you want to go down the medical line, metformin is the way to go. After taking if for some time, clomid is then added or might not need to add clomid and ovulate on your own.

I just dis a tvs, and found out I have pcos, according to d dr, he said there is no way I can ovulate with that, cos it is 'classic'. @ sexywifey how do you know its a weak positive? Did you do the blood test at home with a strip? Or you had quantitative hcg blood test? In any case, yes. If you had a positive at all you should continue the duphaston.

Hello all. I'm not regular but I'm an old member. I've bought the ovatel from the guy. I even met him one on one because coincidentaly he stays in benin and works with ubth.

He was pleasant enough and gave me the option of paying what I have now and balance up later. He said tthe 5800 promo has ended and it is now 8500 and from march 14th,it would revert tto its originaal price of 14,000 (dnt know how true it is tthough)
