An Appeal Court in Enugu has dismissed a suit against Ebonyi State Gov Umahi and his Deputy Dr Igwe, seeking their removal from office for defecting to the APC from PDP.
On Friday, Justice A.O Belgore dismissed the suit for being inconsistent with the constitution and extant laws of the country.

North is confused right now. They planned to give a Southerner APC Presidential ticket then work remotely for PDP to give a Northerner Presidential ticket. Then on election Day, they will abandon the APC candidate and vote for PDP. Then they retain power with a different party.

But people like Wike are blessing to Southern Nigeria, though people hate him...he has challenged these Cabals not once, not twice not thrice. Wike, Ortom, Udom, Obaseki and co are hell bent on giving a Southerner Presidential ticket.
