China launched its Cross-Border Interbank Payment System (CIPS) in 2015, using the yuan. Russia developed its System for Transfer of Financial Messages (SPFS). To build an independent Russian-Chinese financial system by linking the two should not be a problem. The main question is to choose the standard currency – possibly the yuan.

Once the system is up and running, that’s perfect for Iran, which badly wants to increase trade with Russia but remains handicapped by US sanctions. Iran has already signed trade agreements and is involved in long-term strategic development with both Russia and China.

Okay, I have 2 options that will hopefully increase your CPC.

News websites with tier 3 traffic (e.g Nigeria) doesn't pay much but;
news website for USA traffic has high CPC .

First Option: I apologize for using this example but you if you can write about the ongoing Ukraine/russia war going on (I am sorry for using this example, I know people's lifes are at stack). If you write about the war and drive US/Canada/Australia -tier 1 countries, you will get a high CPC.

Second option: You don't have to abandon your Nigerian news blog. Earlier in my blogging life, I started with news blog for nigerians, I was geting 0.02 to 0.05 usd CPC and I was very frustrated as well. I thought the solution was to leave the blog and open a new one.

Then I realized all I had to do was delete all the news articles and write new articles with high keywords for my nigerian traffic and my CPC strated increasing from 0.02 to 0.20 usd then 0.50 usd then 1 usd with Nigerian traffic.

It took a lot of testing to figure out which keywords are high for nigerian traffic so I wont be revealing them here but the bottom line is, you don't need to leave the blog, just delete the low keyword news and start writing new blogs with high kwyword.

If you will love for me to write these keywords blog for you, then you can contact me. I will write 30 blogs that will increase your CPC by at least 100% then it will keep increasing from there. The Governor of Ogun State, Dapo Abiodun, has read the Riot Act to those engaged in ritual killings in the state, saying they will be made to face the law if caught.

Governor Abiodun said this just weeks after four teenagers were arrested for beheading a young girl for money ritual purposes in the state.

The suspects were said to have learnt the art through Facebook.

In a statement on Wednesday, Governor Abiodun said propriety must be brought back into the psyche of children, adding that all hands must be on deck to arrest the moral decadence, particularly among the youths who are deceived that there is a shortcut to success.

“We all owe it a duty to stop this scourge by whatever legal means possible. I can assure you that we will fight this menace with everything at our disposal. We will not be identified by this notoriety,” he wrote on Twitter.

“Our culture frowns at this and we must bring propriety back into the psyche of the children who we will leave the future behind for.”

The Governor said ritualists will be made to serve as examples for anyone harbouring such sinister routes to wealth acquisition.

“For us, we have emplaced security measures in schools and all the villages, hamlets and towns to ensure zero-tolerance for ritualists. We will trail them, apprehend them, investigate them and make them serve as examples for those harbouring such sinister routes to wealth acquisition.

“You will recall that the Government made parents sign an undertaking on behalf of their wards as part of conditions for enrolment into schools the last term.

“This is to make them partly answerable for their wards’ vices and we are serious about stemming the tide of indiscipline in our state generally.

“Ogun has always been defined by integrity, hard work, service, valour and diligence. All hands must be on deck to arrest the moral decadence, particularly, among the youths who are deceived that there is a shortcut to success.

“Let me warn again, for the umpteenth time that anybody caught engaging in ritual killings and other crimes will be made to face the wrath of the law,” he concluded.
