Last year, I sought the opinion of Nairalanders concerning my plan to move to Australia.
My major worry was my age (48) and also considering that my net salary in Nigeria was a little over a million Naira per month as the financial controller of a manufacturing company in Onitsha.

The fact that you are interested in repatriating funds from the UK instead of local industrialisation is shocking. The entire remittance from Nigerians is less than $25 billion less than the potential income of Dangote Refinery and petrochemical company; I imagine if Nigerians had 10 Dangote instead of 1 million Nigeria remitting peanuts.

Lean meats: Chicken breast, beef, turkey
Fish: Salmon, tuna
Eggs
Greek yogurt
Peanut butter
Oats
Avocado
Almond milk
Protein powders

Try to eat 2500-3000 calories a day

If you can eat 6 times a day, more if possible.

Don't forget to workout, so you can convert all that fat to muscle.

Most important: You need money to add healthy weight and maintain it. You can decide to cheat by eating junk food and gain weight but that is unhealthy gain and you will be at a high risk of multiple sicknesses later in life.
So, eat healthy, bulk healthy.
