I don't know about other professions, but certains companies and organization in some countries sponsor medical professionals like Nurses, Physiotherapists, Medical Laboratory Scientists etc. But they will sign a contact (2-3 years), but you must have passed some exams, and gotten some licenses and certifications applicable in those countries.

A North East president or South East president would see a reason to open up Port Harcourt sea port, and make Abia and Anambra to have inland port due to their proximity with North East and south south.

This is due to shipping goods from Lagos to North East is more expensive than shipping goods from Port Harcourt or Calabar to North East.

This is why Igbos cry of marginalization. Aside that, the south east have zone have smallest number of states (5). And south south, south east, north east are marginalized in terms of train from ph to maiduguri, optimum functional seaport in PH, nigercem activation.
