You must not get a response, what you want is a sale. Most times you outbound a name and after sometime you just see the sale message from marketplace.

I advice you keep outbounding.

Some of the names they approve has been rejected by them in the past.
SH rejections do not necessarily mean the name(s) is/are not good fit for thier market.
