dridowu: @ pgheaert, my only advice is plead wit d agent and if d agent feels stuborn , then stay wit ur fiance i blve better dayz are ahead. Most people fall 4 agent because of passport size mostly. If u dnt have any software on your system to cut ur passport, go to a profesnal photographer and tel dm u nid it 4 visa lottery and scan it or use ur camera phone snap urself. Pls log on to this

U can use ds site to resize ur passport for free. Just cut your visa passport to required size or better still search photo resize on google and fill ur form by yourself.

tosrich: I paid a total of 330$...the consular officer asked question on my bsc project and the courses I did in my final year in the university and also question about place of primary assinment because am currently serving.. And to the glory of God I've been granted my visa.

Soo Lucky. Dats God's favour on her side upon dat she was not able to defend her course. God's favor was just all round her that he was equally interviewed by a male Co. From all d interview experiences I have read Female COs' seems to be more difficult than d male ones.

She then said ok and gave us a letter to come on the date written on it with our wedding album
OUR SECOND INTERVIEW
An igbo man interviewed us separately they interviewed my husband first.
What is your name
are you married
Where did you meet ( I told him a restaurant and he said I know the place is it up or down)
Describe you house,
What is the name of your landlord
How many keys are in your house bunch of keys
When was the first time you both had sex
Did he use a condom
When last did you both have sex
When was your last menstrual date
When does he come back from work
are you on face book (yes) he checked on this computer he saw my name and status
Why didn't you post you wedding pictures here
How come you changed your surname and none of your friends commented (cos I didn't tell any of them about my wedding and don't have much friends on face book)
Why did you write "thinking about you" on the 25th march 2011, ( sir is cos he was not back from a football match he went to watch that night)
Tell me the names of his siblings
What is his parents address and describe the apartment
What his is phone number
Have you served and where

you seems to be a nice lady,let's go. He took me out and said to the both of us,
you may leave. After 3 weeks they called my husband and said we should submit our passport and a new medical report in their new hospital so we did when we got to the embassy we were given a letter to go to an address and get our visa in 5 working days.
Now we are in US praise God! Halleluyah.

justwise: Its, is about 1hr 30mins by train or coach, sometimes longer depends on the traffic.

Dont know about those places.but if you looking for a city which is not too expensive to stay,i would stay Portsmouth. i studied there and i still stay there.its cheaper to live than london and you can get some part time jobs to survive here easily than London.

I just checked mine now it states THE ENTRY HAS NOT BEEN SELECTED for further processing for Electronic Diversity Visa program at this time. more entries will be selected in early October 2012. so please keep your confirmation information until at least that time. I knw my God is arranging it at d best time 4me.

Obasekola: I wish u all DV2013 congratulation in advance tommorow, i applied though, but i've already won DV2012. The Visa processing for DV2012 will end in September, 2012, meaning all DV2012 winner must travel on or before September 29, 2012 or else it will bcom invalid. The process of DV2013 will commence in October 1, 2012 till September 30, 2013. Myself and my family would be on our way to US very soon.
