My own concern is the circular has been on since 2021. Why is ASUU just complaining now.

They were on strike the entire 2022 and they never made mention of this during their protests and meetings with the FG.

They should have raised an alarm since and have the circular withdrawn as one of the conditions for calling off the strike and not at implementation. Better late tham never though.
