bokohalal: One other thing of note. I am pretty sure that most Igbo people have never heard real Eka people speak. It is nothing close to Igbo language. I am not speaking about Igbo-influenced-Ika. Just look for Igbanke people and talk to them. All this talk about Ika as Igbo will stop. Name means nothing. I have a Yoruba name but I am full Bini. Many Hausa Fulani have Arab names. Exactly! |

[quote author=rudebouy post=37704087]That was how ur ppl sed that etches are igbo. Well, we were in etche yesterday for a biz transaction. I now remembad and asked the chiefs and youths in the townhall meeting and day all denied being igbo. Day even asked me to show dem the person dat sed so, and I told dem to cool down dat it was just an internet joke. I was both shocked and embarassed.

IsraeliAIRFORCE: Aisha Buhari's. Assets should be declared as Turai Assets were declared. Buhari's assets declaration is a complete fraud. A change in reverse gear. There is no statutory provision for the wives of public officials to declare their assets. You should be more concerned about the fraud called Goodluck Jonathan. He never got to declare his assets publicly and never gave a damn. Integrity is clearly not a virtue for him (and his wife) to live by. |

Obiagelli: like I said last time, these are things we should really care about, my only grouse with the president so far has been put to rest Yeah right! The president's integrity was never in doubt...even by his PDP opponents. The issue is, while we continue to urge the hard-line critics and sceptics to be objective or sincere enough to appreciate the gains made so far, and to give him more time to prove himself in other aspects of governance, the president need to make our job easier by running a clearly inclusive government that represents the geo(political) diversity of Nigeria in his key appointments. |

Let the locals and the affected firm settle the issue without further crisis. Genuine interests have to be pursued and due considerations (and feasibility studies) have to be made in critical issues like this.
As much as I would like the dry dock to be sited in the SS, I am also aware of the fact that businesses are not built exclusively on the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility. |
