5km/l is pretty bad, tbh. I'd have expected about 8-9km/l.

It gets slightly better without the AC, but all the same it's an old work horse M112 not a 1zr (or whatever nomenclature corollas use)

Did a short trip of about 135 kms today.So i decided to play a little bit on my way back, couldn't sniff near HeavenlyBang and Nwanneni dem record, liver no gree me pass 140km.

I can categorically confirm the on board computer is padding my fuel consumption stats, by my own estimation i used 25-27 litres of fuel for that movement.

That profession depends on being punctual and readily available.

That directly leads to reliability, and ability to withstand abuse for a period of time, which the Camry and Corolla scores huge points in. The profession does not have the luxury of visiting a mechanic shop "often".

No point stereotyping professions. There are lots of variables. Doctors aren't paid that much in Nigeria, plus the nature of the job calls for a reliable car in case of emergency calls. A Camry or Corolla fits that profile.

And still, I know doctors driving Hyundais, Mercs, Hondas. There's no fool-proof formula to this.

I'm afraid I'll have to go with Gazzuzz on this, my elder sister is a gynaecologist - She has never owned anything apart from a Corolla/Civic... I think medical practitioners and lawyers are very prudent and shrewd spenders.

Copied. I have always wanted going for the MB. My only challenge would be in the issue of handling or manitenance by the people i intend leaving the car for. Reasons being that am not based in Nigeria but would be visiting Nigeria soon and would stay for a few weeks. I was looking at a car my people can properly handle in my absence tthough. Because las las na still my car e be even if say i no dey to dey drive am steady. Haha. Someone suggested i go for the camry since I won’t be around to maintain it myself properly. It will fit - as long as you've the right tire sizes for them and the bolts are short threads. I mean between 235/35-18 to 245/45-18 (assuming rims are 18", you can work out same for 17"
