flexyrule:
If someone can post a physical office address in the heart of Abuja, where you can walk-in and verify the authenticity of a business and take decision whether to invest or not, and you still think it's a scam, then I think you are probably the uneducated one here. I'll understand If your fears are about the business model (which am very sure you know nothing about), but jumping up and down calling someone's business a scam is quite pathetic.
Oga flexyrule, its not about posting a physical address, the simple rule is to start your advert in a new thread and not confuse and waste tbillers time here. The fact that there exist a physical address doesnt mean one can be scammed. Even people av fallen victim of so called mfb with juicy rates and they later disappear into thin air.
START YOUR OWN THREAD, and whoever is interested can follow it. Simple.

I invested in I-invest and I run. All this brothers trying to justify the app, if you read previous pages I stated categorically that I approached the bank and they technically denied I-invest in my time of tribulations. I only got my Money after 3 weeks when central Bank intervened. My people, the app is supposed to be good but when you run into issues, their after service is dubious. My money was with them for 3 weeks without making 1 kobo. Go ahead and use it but be warned
That could be ur own personal experience with them which could just be one in a million. I have made interbank transfers before from using banks app whereby I was debited and didn't get the corresponding credits. The banks keeps posting me and sending me back and forth. The sender would say they have sent it and the money is not in their cofers again whereas the receiving bank would say they never receive it.

that was how MMM site stopped responding huh
With all due respect, I think its embarrassing and very unfair to liken the i-invest app to the MMM u re talking about. Its high time I respond to all these. The app is a simply technology redefined and a product advertised by a bank. It does not in any form reflect the practices of any ponzi scheme. It does not give any ambiguous discount on investment and it has been superb all the way. So many other savings/investment app are all out there; i-invest, piggybank, alat, cowrysavings and so on, but so far its only i-invest that is on tbills. Give some credits to the developers too.
The app is out there and people are using it. DONT TOIL WITH PEOPLE EMOTIONS NOW. If u want to use it, use it, then if u don't want to use it then leave it. They don't force people to download it anyway. Its there advertised on all business site, even check Sterling bank site, its there. PLS STOP PLAYING WITH OUR EMOTIONS.
For your info, I got a mail from sterling bank concerning mmy investment on i-invest several times now.

I use to preliquidate once i found better investments. Once it's over 30 days you can liquidate anytime and the cashout is always instant. You still gain 70% of your accrued profit in addition to the principal.
Just click the investment you whish to preliquidate, sale and proceed.
I've now put my money back into the app thanks to its liquidity.
Thanks I understand now.

I preliquidated some of my investments in iinvest today in other to participate in tomorrow Tbills auction but, unfortunately, the only Sibtc branch has their customer care service too much congested. I missed the auction now. I may have to either buy at secondary market or take it back to the app which is more convenient.
,
Why dd u preliquidate now? I guess you re tempted to much. Anyway hope u got your full capital back?
Again how did u initiate the liquidation on the app?

thats will be good news if tody rates was actually 15%
if someone lock 60mill for 364days, thats will be 60mill x 15% = 9million Minus extra Bank charges!

In my states, A Landlord/Landlady with 5 Storey Building is earnig just 3.6 Million in a years, so why cant i leave the stress of Tenant and lock in Tbills kiss
9m divided by 12 months will give approx. 750k monthly. Earning more than a university prof. But the problem is how can I grow my portfolio to reach 60m. I like this thread.

OK, thanks alot. My Kyc has been approved and am looking forward to fund my wallet by the end of the month. Please let me know if you were able to withdraw your money after it matured tomorrow
OK sure, though I plan to do long tenure this time around, but I will try to withdraw first to ascertain this. But I tried withdrawing from my wallet balance before and it went thru then, they only deducted 50 as charge.

Am having a strong urge to buy a new car around December too. After I decided to invest in tbills and the money left my account, the urge just disappeared. Suppose I have bought the car instead, I Should have spent more money on the car e.g. plate number, probably new tyre, or I might have even get the car scratched and trying to fix it. Am still managing my old car like that jare. Thanks to this forum

I had a similar experience with an Asset Mgt Coy last year and it was not palatable. Since then, I've been doing my top up with their app and it's been stress-free ever since. An alternative way to credit your wallet on i-invest is e-Billspay. This way, your wallet is credited real-time. No turenchi. You can pay via e-Bills from a branch of your bank or via Internet Banking. I hope this helps.
Exactly, I also used the ebiills pay on my internet banking platform and it is error free. My wallet on the I-invest app got credited that very minute. I never even needed to visit the bank.

One question I would like to ask the house about Tbills and of course every other govt borrowing from the public is if truly govt borrow all thse monies to fund projects and execute govt expenditures, how do they get the money back plus the interests to pay the public? To me it seems a lit easy for an individual to invest in tbills. If for example I have say between 20m and 50m, and decide to invest in Tbills. Let's do the calculations, at any rate do I need to work at all again for life? Am still confused.

You are very correct. I have been using the app for about a year now.
OK like what happens at maturity on the I -invest app, will your investment and the interest earned move from the 'portfolio balance' to the wallet balance?.

I have been using the i-invest app for my TB because I am abroad and not easy to run the normal TB from here.
Yes the I-invest don't pay upfront interest but rather the interest is re-invested together with your principal to give a higher interest after the tenor matures.
For example you invest 1m for 364days at 14%, your interest should be around 140 k +- , but you realise that you interest will be around 160k, meaning your interest was compounded (your rate becomes about 16%).
It is a good app to invest in when you don't need the interest to use immediately.
Thanks
Thanks, from all indications it seems a good app, plus you see as your money grows daily and you see their various rates on daily basis.

Barrytone:
It's not TBills as long as they don't pay upfront interest. The sweetness of TBills is that while saving, you can use the upfront to manage your life. Honestly, that's how I roll. Also, you can't compound your interest since they are not paying upfront. I left them long ago especially when simple complains took weeks to resolve and they promised to pay for those weeks and failed to do so at the end. I just waited for maturity and returned all my funds back to base. In some cases the money you transfer gets missing and like in my case it took them close to 3 weeks to sort out after I have gone to my bank and threatened my bank. The bank had to bring in cbn complain desk before they accepted seeing the money but I didn't attach my number.
That's serious o. I hope I won't av such experience sha. Am just trying them for the first time anyway. I only subscribed to a 37day investment in Dec. It going to mature by 24th of this month. Till then I will know my next move.
It is also a sort of cheating since they are not paying the rate upfront. Except one has another means of livelihood and don't really depend on the interest before it matures.
Thanks @ barrytone

Today's rates on the I invest application

InvestmentRe: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by eddyakinrinde(m): 2:40pm On Jan 17, 2019
Good forum to be. But, pls why is there nobody talking about theis Tbills applications on google play by sterling bank. I stumbled on this thread in December and happen to found out about the application (I-invest) almost at the same time. It seems very reliable as I moved my money from Diamond bank HIDA account in December to tbills using this app, but the only issue is with the fact that they don't pay upfront interest. One has to wait till maturity. They seem to always provide reasobale discounts rates too compared to most of what av seen on this thread.
So far I love this group. I refresh my page like every our to see updates.
