Nikky-paradise:You do not necessarily have to say something just to say you know how to use the internet ehn! Tolexander: After you've taken her to the most expensive boutiques, and nice joints in your expensive cars.Unfortunately I don't have expensive cars. Nonso23: O.p to be safe, it's best done after meeting with her parents (not the igba-nkwu kind of meeting though but the one-off visit kind of meeting).Thank you Nonso23, that makes real sense. Some people do not believe that parents in Nigeria especially, have a say. tpacalipse: What is your business with her parents?Na dem go talk YES or NO.... when u reach that stage you will find out |
Hello guys, please this question has bugged me for a while. As a Nigerian, when will be the most appropriate time to propose to your girlfriend. 1. When you have determined that she is “the one” but before seeking the parents’ approval. Knowing that they can still say “No”. 2. After meeting the parents but still going back and forth to gain approval. Knowing that they can still say “No”. 3. After the parents have given you approval. And by propose, I mean kneel down, pop the question and slip an engagement ring into her finger. Thank you. |
It is important to collect your receipt (when it is available) because it will serve as your first evidence in case of an error on your transaction or as Wuked.P noted, in case of a wrongful debit. In addition, some people may not have SMS or e-mail notifications enabled or internet banking to check their own records. You may have never had an event that needs recourse to the bank... but if you do, you'd be glad you collected it. It's tossed away because when people look through, you can quickly see that all is well with your transaction (and your account). |
Suretrends: The truth is we have all heard about it but the way it really works, few know that!If someone here can educate us more and talk about platforms like Paga cashenvoy and co! I know they work, cos we have received payment a few times from access Mobile!Mobile Money is still new and should not really be compared with M-pesa yet...its just about a year in Nigeria but over 5 years in kenya. Regarding adoption, I have however written something about that here... http://digitalbanker.net/2013/05/how-to-increase-adoption-of-mobile-money/ Knowing how each of them works may also be a good idea though. ok... cheers |
In a nutshell, this throw of arguments, and name droppings are making me miss the UK. Carry on. Really don't care bout the stats tho. Just like to read and move on. Those that will make money off any deals will make money. And to those fighting over black supremacy, it's all individual. Some Blacks are making it while some are slaving away. Same with every other race in that country. Just saying. |
Depends on a lot....location, available funds, (maybe) interests, etc. A little more info would help. |
