Hello guys

I have a little problem with my app, actually I created the app with HTML,CSS and JavaScript. But I dont have any idea on how to develope android apps like putting the icon, splash screen, menu and all that, so I use appyet(an online android app builder) to do all that but the actual content of the app was coded by me.
My problem with the app is that, the first time I press a button to open the content it will use the phone default apps(eg wps office) to open the content but when i press not agree and I press the button of the link the second time, it will work normally inside the app.
Pls does any one have a solution, pls guys help me, thanks in advance as I anticipate for the solution.

PS: Its just a demo(scrap) app, just wanted to test if I could build(i.e the splash screen, icon, ads,) online

You aren’t eligible to apply for a PGWP(post graduate work permit) if you:

studied in a program that was less than eight months long
studied for more than eight months but not continuously (for example, you took a semester off)
took part in a Canadian Commonwealth Scholarship Program funded by Global Affairs Canada (GAC)
took part in a Government of Canada Awards Program funded by GAC
had funding from GAC
took part in the Equal Opportunity Scholarship, Canada-Chile
took part in the Canada-China Scholars Exchanges Program
took part in the Organization of American States Fellowships Program

completed a study program by distance learning either from abroad or from within Canada or
already had a post-graduation work permit following any other program of study.

Please does this mean that I cannot apply for a pgwp, if am fully funded by a post graduate scholarship.

Does this mean, if I was fully funded by a post graduate scholarship, am not eligible for a post graduate work permit. REALLY NEED ADVICE ON THIS.
