Here is a video of the moment some angry passengers attacked Air peace officials for canceling their flight due to no light at Asaba airport runway.

Many were disappointed and stranded at the airport, but those who had emergencies and appointments, didn't it take it lightly with the flight officials.

A lady identified as Ng, shared the crazy moment on her Instagram page and called out Air peace.

According to her, she refused their advances and that was what infuriated the policemen, adding that they began to beat her and smashed her head on a stone.

A female student of the Federal University of Technology Akure, Ondo State, who was assaulted by some policemen and injured in the eye, has said that she was attacked by the men for refusing to have sex with them.

The student identified as Sheba Ogbu, said the incident happened at about 9:30pm on Monday along Oyemekun Road in Akure, the state capital.

Ogbu said she was coming from church when policemen in their patrol van accosted her.

She said they questioned her on where she was coming from, searched her bag and found nothing incriminating on her.

She disclosed that when they could not pin anything on her, the four security operatives asked her to follow them to a place where they would have sex with her.

According to her, she refused their advances and that was what infuriated the policemen, adding that they began to beat her and smashed her head on a stone.

The undergraduate and her family have threatened to sue the Nigeria Police Force for the assault.

Recall that, earlier today, a video of her with a bloodshot eye made the rounds on the social media.

A Nigerian passenger was seen in a video crying out after a Lastma officer seized his iPhone while he was in a bus heading to Ojuelegba.

According to the video, the officers seized his Iphone because he dared to record them while they were carrying out their illegal activities.

The Lastma officers stopped their bus and accused their conductor of not seating down, which according to eyewitnesses was a big lie as the conductor was actually seating.

The Officers Jumped inside the bus and announced that they were impounding it for traffic rules violation and they diverted the bus with all the passengers still in it and started driving towards LASTMA office in Yaba.

The passengers started protesting and insisting that the bus conductor must refund their Money back to them first so that they can enter another bus, but all their pleas fell on deaf ears as the LASTMA officer didn't care about them as he was still forcefully driving the bus to Yaba.

Along the way one of the LASTMA officers observed the passenger recording the whole incident and forcefully seized the phone from his hand.

D’banj has announced that he is going to be a father again, 14 months after losing his son Daniel Jr. in a sad domestic accident that occurred at his Ikoyi home.

Senator Dino Melaye has reacted after the Kogi State National Assembly/State Assembly Election Petition Tribunal quashed his victory.

He was sacked after a judgement delivered on Friday where the tribunal ordered a fresh election in the district. Smart Adeyemi of the APC challenged Melaye’s victory at the tribunal.

In a bid to draw the attention of the public to the 4 month-salary arrears owed them by the local government, workers of the Umuahia North local government council in Abia state on Monday staged a protest in Umuahia.

The workers are protesting non payment of their four months(4)salary and accrued allowance dating back to 2014.

They locked the gate to their office complex.

The are also calling for the immediate sack of the Chairman and his deputy.

They are calling on the state governor and ministry of finance to intervene in the matter.
