When Ethiopians Mix with East Asians, it’s obvious that there’s a mix. This is because the African groups that migrated to that area came from the Southern part of Africa. The kids don’t look full Chinese except the Ethiopian parent is mixed.

When they mix with West Africans, their children look more West African.

It’s Europeans that resemble them. Africans are very diverse in looks. Those Ethiopians don’t have any foreign blood, and this is why the rest of the world comes from us. Africans do not have one kind of look. Even West Africans do not have one kind of look or DNA. Ethiopian and East African DNA has not even been well researched and, a component of which is classified as “Unknown”. where European DNA has been identified. There is a component of their DNA that is still unknown and cannot be matched with other races and even Africans.

That's true. It always surprises me though, that Ethiopian half casts don't look like the usual Ethiopian. Half Chinesse will look like the Chinesse and Halk American will just look American.

And I am an Ethiopian myself.

Yeah, the arab/caucasian look is seen mostly in the northern part of Ethiopia. The Southern Ethiopians resemble west africans. The harari/ hadere people of Ethiopia resembles Indians. The Benishanguls have different look. And the Afar people look like this.

The Afar is an ethnic group in the Horn of Africa, mainly in Eritrea, Djibouti and the Afar Region in Ethiopia, Africa. The Afar people are known as the toughest people in the world. For ages, they have lived in a place called the Magma chamber. This is a part of the earth that is very very hot and constantly witnesses volcanic eruptions.

The Afar people are believed to have existed since the 13th century. Very unique is their traditional hairstyles-the dayta hairstyle. The hairdo is styled and maintained by butter application. They use loads of cow fat and butter to style their hair. The curls are obtained with sticks ( something like a mini flex rod set) and the butter keeps it in shape for days and protected from the heat of the sun.

And guess who sport the hairdo? The men!! While their women simply braid their hair all back, the men go all out to style and set the hair with their traditional rollers.

They are really beautiful, these men I mean.

Yeah, the Afar people of Ethiopia actually have the best teeth. They dring a good milk and treat it very well with their stick.

Also, the men are very protective of their women. We are proud to have them as part of us.

The new Dam will serve 3 purposes,
Electricity, water and Irrigation.

Cote Devior took Ghana to the ICC over our Oil, that too did not make headlines. Even Togo tried same.

Egypt is making a mountain out of a mere mould.
They should give us a break, Ethiopia does not belong to them so they cannot dictate to them.

Electricity will have great impact on Ethiopia's economy.

My issue with Egypt is, they have just one demand from Ethiopia, "STOP THE DAM" and that will not work.
You don't go to a negotiation table with just one demand.

Can't Egypt think of building mini-Dams so they can store or control the flow of the river that flows through their land?
Why are they head bent on stopping the Dam from operating?

They should think of other solutions and stop this bossy attitude of theirs.

The Dam has been built and it must operate so Ethiopians can pay China back.

They constructed their dam without our permission. They have been making their own decision us not being there. And they want to negotiate on our turn.

They fought us two times in history because of the dam. TOO MUCH PATIENCE.

Have I told you that some Syrian migrants here in Addis were found spying for Egypt?

Ethiopia had too much! We have been taking care of migrants that mistreated our nations in their country and trying to negotiate with those who don't even consider our existence.

To construct this dam, too much money has been collected. 100% money from Ethiopians. Money has been collected even from the poor as an obligation. These poor people gave the money they had that would cover their food. The money was stolen from us and the old political party played on us.

This is a sacrifice paid eversince Ethiopia was an Empire. Having no enough wealth, we welcomed Syrian migrants and some played on us too. Imagine how emotional we are now?

Burkina Faso did similar thing to Ghana.
Upon all the agreements we had with them, they still went ahead to build their dam, the water level in our dam went low and we suffered light outage for years.

But what did we do?
We invested more into Power plants, we built new hydro-dam and we are now investing into Solar power. This is common sense.

When Burkina Faso Dam is full, they just open the dam, it costs us lot of life's, properties and farm lands but we do not fight them.

Our authorities keep on speaking to their authorities to inform us ahead of time so we can prepare.

Very soon a multi-purpose Dam will be started at the Northern part of Ghana to solve that perinial destruction always caused by the Burkina Faso Dam.

So Egypt should give us a break

Tanzania went to war with Uganda in 1979. Ugandans had the best weapons.But what happened? Ugandans who were helped militarily by Libya,which supplied weapons and soldiers,lost a war to Tanzanians,and we captured alive hundreds of Libyan soldiers.

Egyptians know very well its tough to crack the Ethiopians. What they do now is just threatening.A war is something else.

If weapons and large army wins wars,we could not have terrorism in the world.

Even one day I asked one of my cousins her favorite country and she told me it is Egypt. I don't think there is a single Egyptian out there who sees Ethiopia as their favourite.
