Bro, yes you are right but that was for GRADUATE TECHNICAL TRAINEE POSITION. Only for graduate engineers with HND or a 2.2. Yes guys with 2.1 registered for that position, they were called for test, some made it to interview but NBC did not pick them because they don't need them. NBC shouldn't have invited them for test in the first place.
Now this is a MANAGEMENT TRAINEE POSITION, according to the advert for this position, HND and 2.2 guys are not needed. This position is for graduate with 2.1, 1st class and masters degree holders. Graduate of Engineering, Science and Social Science can apply for this position depending on the course they studied in school. Graduate technical trainee and management trainee are two different programmes with different recruitment process.

NBC (coca cola), to some extend they recruit on merit OK especially for the Engineers because they don't want you to come and damage their machines.

My friend, graduated from Amedu Bello Uni and worked with them before he went back to Amedu Bello university as a lecturer ok. He just left them on 1st of this month.

He was employed through management trainee process on merit.

so don't deceive graduates.

To all applicants, NBC is fair with their recruitment especially the management trainee.

when you merit it, they will give it to you.

just read and pray to God. Don't listen to this young man.

This advert is for B.Sc holders. They(NBC) have done HND holders recruitment the way NLNG did recently for HND holders after they did for B.Sc holders.

He taught he is the only one that has detailed Knowledge about the company.

A company did advert for graduates and he is trying to delude applicants that is it HND holders they need, so where is the hope for fresh graduates who are seeking an opportunity with NBC.

All the information I need about NBC , I have them at my disposal and I won't say anything here or disclose any vital information again.

Bro are you sure about what you said? This is management trainee not trainee technician or something. As a management trainee, you are expected to know the principle of operations of various machine in the plant, what happens next after a step in brewing, how machines are synchronised to each other, you are supposed to know what to tell the management when there is downtime, you are supposed to be able to relate well with the technicians on duty, you don't operate on shift, you work from 8am to 5pm, you should be able to supervise and give instructions when needed, you are to attend meetings, you will be shuffling between classes and the field. You will read books and tire, you will write tests and exams if need be, you will be trained to become the boss because you will be given a management position when you are through with your training. The training last for 2years or so. I don't know how NBC do their management trainees but as for NB, you are the boss, in fact, you are made. Those technicians will be under you, you have to humble yourself or else they Bleep you up. The only people above you in rank are the managers every other person is under you. Come and see small children controlling their fathers.......... That is why companies require those who finish with a 2.1, first Class and those with masters degree for management trainee position, some companies don't accept first degree, masters only.

As a microbiology graduate, having been taught in the school, you should know your role in the manufacturing industry. Something that has to do with mixture of chemicals.

if they absorb you, they know your importance to them and they role you can play in the manufacturing process.

What is the different? Trainee is trainee. whether graduate recruitment, trainee, management trainee or graduate management trainee, trainee is trainee.

This dragnet website, when they did the advert in this August, they called it Graduate Recruitment. Before that Coca cola, HBN did advert for Management trainee. later the same dragnet did advert for NBC on 23th to expire 29th of this month by sectioning it into Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply chain and logistics etc. Later removed it online and sent those who applied for Coco Cola then by creating a password for the applicants.

Now, dragnet now using their main website for the process.

Is it just a name. Trainee is trainee.

That would depend on what they need or requirements.

When NLNG did their advert it was clearly stated for HND holders only. The B.Sc holders didn't apply because they did for B.Sc holders before HND holders.

lastly, let faith works for you and believe in God. If you apply and they call you for interview, attend because there is no harm in trying.
