So, the US$23,900,000.00 is still lying in my bank now waiting for a person to apply for the claim/withdrawal as the next-of-kin. I therefore want you to stand as the next-of-kin to Mr. Kahal Mohammad so that you will be able to receive his funds legally without any single hindrance.

WHAT IS TO BE DONE:

I want you to know that I have everything worked-out for the immediate release of this fund to you.
