Afolue:In Christian belief, the name Jesus Christ is sacred and divine because it refers to the Son of God. So it is not an “ordinary” or empty name. It is divine name. |
PlayerMeji:You and I know they can't try it. The liberty that comes with Christianity is the reason for the abuse. |

Jakumo:Do not take the Lord's name in vain" (Exodus 20:7). I'm concerned about how people abuse the name. |
Jakumo:But I didn't mention 'Jesus'. Do not take the Lord's name in vain" (Exodus 20:7). That's my point. |
asfrank:Whether congress or campaign, drone coverage would have brought out the beauty that event especially for those who were not present. That's my point. |
I don't know why most ladies like shouting 'JES.US' when recording events. Can't they look for other alternative phrases as a replacement when trying to express suprise or shocking incidents. As for the incidents, thank God that people had to stand up to protect themselves. |
A drone coverage would've done justice to this report. The thing come dey like something wey dem organise for backyard. |
We really need to fix our power sector. Without reliable electricity, it becomes very difficult to attract investors to Nigeria, except in areas that do not depend heavily on power, such as certain types of farming. Even then, modern agriculture still relies on machinery. If you listen to the interview with the CEO of Dangote’s refinery on Arise TV, you will better understand the level of frustration investors face when operating in Nigeria. We also need to reduce corruption as much as possible by moving paperwork and approval processes online. Many of these corrupt practices happen through direct contact with officials in agencies and ministries. Digitising these processes will help limit that human interference and make the system more transparent. |

So why didn't he join ADC? |
The guy behind that Twitter handle is an APC supporter. Everyone in that space knows him. Governor Otti has never claimed that all the roads in Aba or across Abia have been completed. Even during the crusade organised by Dunamis in Abia State, he clearly stated that there is still a lot of work to be done. If previous administrations in Abia State had done what they were supposed to do over the past 24 years, we would not still be having conversations about this road today. People who genuinely care about Abia understand how unfortunate things have been and appreciate the ongoing efforts to fix these long-standing issues. No amount of propaganda will change their support for him. |
You have not said anything meaningful. |
What an irony. Coming from people who lost the leaders by the same people they mock. They should Bury their head with shame and look for a way to end this war. |
Why is she on her phone? When spend time preparing wedding instead of marriage, this is the result. |
If that's the case, let her start getting ready to welcome the three wise men. ![]() |
Nigeria is blessed. Nigeria can feed the whole of West Africa and beyond , if we can mechanise the agricultural sector. Agriculture is goldmine if well harnessed. |
You and I, along with others who have little understanding of the war, as well as the ordinary people of Iran (not their government), American people and the Gulf nations, are the real losers. The rise in prices triggered by this conflict is affecting everyone. The real beneficiaries are Russia, arms dealers, and other countries that rely heavily on crude oil exports for revenue. Nigeria could have benefited more if we had functional refineries. Relying solely on Dangote’s refinery is not enough. |
Some of these defections would have made sense if the new electoral law provided room for compulsory upload of electoral results. With the ruling party fully in control, I don't see the possibility of ADC making major impact. Tinubu is not like Jonathan that had to condone alot of things. He no send anyone. |
smallsmall:You're right. Unfortunately, we live in a country where alot of things are taking for granted. |
The judgment has been appealed, and a stay of execution has been duly entered. Both parties should sheath their swords and await the final ruling of the Supreme Court. |
I have no issue with this arraignment to court, but it raises a question: why are some individuals accused of corruption moving about freely without any interference? Some have even been appointed as ambassadors by the current administration. If El-Rufai were still aligned with the present government, would the ICPC have arrested him? |
Why didn't they invade Tompolo's domain? ![]() |

Mirasteel:Are the airports and oil refineries part of US base? |
It is becoming increasingly obvious that the Iranian government is wi.ck.ed. Attacking countries that are not directly involved in the confl!ct raises serious concerns. If the targets were United States facilities, it might have been easier to understand the motive, but extending att@cks to unrelated nations only escalates tensions unnecessarily. |

One of the funniest news that I have read in recent time. |
