Our primary issue IMO is the lack of a striker - someone we can play/bring on to change the game when Giroud's approach isn't working.

I agree that Wenger hasn't done nearly enough to sign players in this window, but that is not linked to M'Vila going to a money miss road club like Rubin Kazan.
