To end WARS mankind needs to figure out the root cause of WAR which means appealing to each individual to make use of our God's given brains.

First of all there can never be war if you and i refuse to take sides during disputes.
You mentioned Russia and Ukraine so let me use that as an example.
Only two men are disputing over who should rule a territory so the war is all about able bodied men and women supporting both sides.
What we need to do is appeal to each individual to think of settling issues without resorting to violence or taking sides.
Putin (Russia) and his entire family are safe under the protection of the same people supporting him and ready to kill or get killed in the process.
